Instantly and accurately process your inbound PDF purchase orders with AI Based Automation. Saving you time and money. B2B organisations everywhere spend thousands of dollars having Customer Service staff key emailed purchase orders into ERPs. Instead of providing real value elsewhere in the business, CSRs are capturing orders that aren't placed online, and doing data entry. But not anymore. Lucy streamlines the order entry process, speeds up the order-to-cash cycle, and frees valuable staff to engage with customers. How Lucy Works 1. Receive an order When a customer emails their system generated POs to your inbox, I’ll instantly notify you. 2. Set and forget I’ll guide you through mapping out any important info on your PO – just once. 3. Let me handle it Relax, as I turn this PO (and all future POs) into an ERP Sales Order in seconds. 4. Find your ordering zen Reduce your cost-to-serve and watch orders fly out the door.
