## About Less Annoying CRM
We built Less Annoying CRM in 2009 for the thousands of independent consultants, agents, and small business owners who are hitting the limits of their spreadsheets, but nowhere near needing the complexity of big CRMs. Less Annoying CRM is for you if you’ve ever wished you could attach a to-do list to a contact, keep all your notes and emails for a client in one place, or just get a simple nudge so a follow-up never slips through the cracks again. We're the middle ground between the spreadsheet you're manually updating, and all those complicated, expensive, overwhelming CRMs on top 10 lists. We're built to be more than a spreadsheet, less than a CRM. You get a simple contact list, a calendar that syncs with Google and Outlook, and an easy-to-read report of your leads and tasks. All your team members can collaborate without the chaos of a shared spreadsheet, and you'll get a daily email agenda of everything on your plate. What you \*won’t\* get are confusing features you’ll never use, a consultant to set it all up, or a surprise bill because you needed an extra feature. We believe in one simple price ($15/month/user), no long-term contracts, and free phone and email support from real, happy humans. See why we are ranked G2's #1 easiest-to-use CRM. ## Less Annoying CRM Reviews
 ### 1. Managing Nutrition Follow-ups and Daily Tasks More Professionally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It keeps daily healthcare and wellness related work more properly organized without making the system feel complicated. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition consultation follow-ups, lifestyle assessment reminders, wellness activity tracking, preventive care scheduling, and healthcare related task management. Creating tasks, managing follow up schedules, checking calendar activities, and organizing consultation reminders feels comfortable during busy work routines. Features like task reports, activity tracking, contact management, calendar scheduling, notes, and reminder organization help me keep different wellness and healthcare workflows more properly arranged from one place instead of managing everything separately.

I also like that handling multiple consultation tasks together does not feel confusing even during longer work schedules. Managing patient follow-ups, preventive wellness reviews, nutrition routine tracking, and health education content planning becomes easier because the workflow feels simple and properly structured. The CRM also performs smoothly while updating tasks, reviewing scheduled activities, checking reports, and managing regular follow-up work.

Another useful thing for me is that the system keeps tasks, reminders, follow-up tracking, calendar workflow, and activity organization connected together in one place, which helps while handling both healthcare consultation work and wellness content planning side by side. Overall, Less Annoying CRM fits naturally into my daily professional workflow and helps me keep healthcare and wellness management activities more properly organized.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

While managing many follow-up tasks and activities together, I sometimes feel that the dashboard could show more information on one screen without opening separate sections repeatedly during busy work schedules. but some customization options for layout and workflow organization are a little limited compared to larger CRM systems.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM is helping me keep healthcare follow-ups, wellness activities, consultation reminders, and daily task management more organized during regular work. Earlier, managing nutrition consultation schedules, lifestyle assessment follow-ups, and health education related activities separately used to become difficult during busy days.

Now it is much easier to manage follow-up tasks, scheduled activities, reminders, notes, and calendar workflow from one place. It also helps me keep preventive wellness reviews, nutrition routine tracking, and healthcare related activities more properly arranged instead of checking everything manually from different places.

Another benefit for me is that handling multiple consultation tasks together feels less confusing because task reports, reminders, and activity tracking stay connected in one workflow. Overall, Less Annoying CRM helps me save time and keeps healthcare and wellness management activities more structured and easier to track during daily work.

 ### 2. Straightforward and Easy to Integrate Into My Routine

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn D. | Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It’s very straightforward to use, and I’ve found it easy to integrate into my routine. All the forms, including pipelines and contacts, are simple to modify, without becoming so cumbersome that you end up not using it. It was very easy to pick up and the interface is quick.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

It doesn’t work well with Microsoft products. For example, you can’t maintain a single address book that links CRM and email contacts.

It also isn’t very smart in how it handles planning and follow-ups. I’d like to create task reminders for things like registering for future conferences or keeping an eye on proposal dates, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to connect these kinds of events or track them together.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us develop business development routines and keep track of all the conferences and events coming up that we may or may not be personally attending.

 ### 3. Made CRM Management Effortless and Affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oregon Hearth and Home Events T. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I like that Less Annoying CRM has exactly everything I need and allows me to customize without having all the extra bells and whistles that I don't need for my small business. Plus, the price tag is absolutely worthwhile. I also love its email integration feature, which makes it much easier for me to keep track of client conversations. The transition process from Excel was super easy, and I love that I can easily look up vendor contacts on my phone rather than dealing with a giant spreadsheet on a tiny screen.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Nothing. It has everything I was looking for in a minimal CRM.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got rid of my long, annoying spreadsheet of vendor contacts. It's super easy to look up contacts on my phone instead of scrolling through a giant spreadsheet.

 ### 4. Flexible, Intuitive Pipelines That Bring Clarity and Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer F. | Prospect Research Affiliate, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I love that it's flexible and intuitive, but it's the pipelines that have made all the difference for me and my team! We use pipelines to track workstreams and because we can add custom fields, it means everyone knows what needs to happen when and by whom. The ability to connect individual and company records to workstreams (and elsewhere) has also been key to clarity and saving time.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Less Annoying CRM is super responsive to user input and one thing I've asked for recently was to be able to add custom fields to tasks so I can filter on the type of task.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It truly is a CRM - we manage all of our relationships inside the tool - clients, vendors, students, networking, sales. Because we can copy our emails to the CRM we solved the problem of knowing who was doing what with clients and others. We also used it to solve the problem of managing client relations. Now we know who is responsible for each client and with a click we know all the key details about that client's relationship with us. The dashboards lets me monitor all the critical pipelines and spot problems before they become fires.

 ### 5. Easy, All Required Features, Great Integration, Actually Used By All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It has all the features I need in a CRM. It is simple to learn initially and is very easy to use allowing me to get the tasks I need to get done quickly. It is not cluttered with a bunch of features I don't need and does not have complicated interfaces that slow me down. All this has been helpful in getting less technical staff to use it effectively. This was an ongoing issue with our last CRM.

It integrates with my existing Google Workspace calendar and email and was all very easy to setup. Everything just works as expected when initiating changes in LACRM or directly in my Google apps. It just syncs perfectly.

The support has been great the few times I needed it.

The price is right.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

After using some other CRMs, LACRM is just drop dead simple in comparison. I have not really run into anything where I needed something that was not there or any real issues. The simplicity is why I chose LACRM and it has delivered.

If there was one thing that was somewhat confusing, it was having multiple users with their own Google calendars and having a shared Google company calendar. I had some initial confusion on the upcoming events widget and how it appeared to be sorting things out of order. I just wanted to see all events sorted in order but each calendar sorts it's own events in the proper order. Support was able to clarify how it works and cleared up the confusion.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem was getting everyone to use the CRM consistently. Because of the complexity of other solutions, this never really happened despite a lot of effort in training and configuring the systems to try to make it easier to use. We struggled to get adoption and a lot of customer information and interactions were just never captured. LACRM has made it easy for even the less technically inclined so we are finally getting some real effective use out of our CRM.

 ### 6. Simple, easy to use CRM with GREAT Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad H. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

When I found Less Annoying CRM, I was honestly shocked—it was exactly what I’d been looking for. It’s simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. We started the transition in December, and the features have been a perfect fit for our needs. Plus, the support team is top-notch—always timely and incredibly helpful. It was easy to transfer our contacts and start using it. We use LACRM every day!

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

They don't have email marketing, so we linked it to Tarvent.com, which was easy to do, so it wasn't a problem.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By switching to Less Annoying CRM, I’ve finally eliminated the technical and financial headaches of our previous "major" system. My team of three now has a tool that is actually simple and intuitive to use daily, rather than a complicated one. I no longer have to deal with poor support or high costs. I have a solution that provides exactly what we need to manage our contacts. Very simple.

 ### 7. User-Friendly, Customizable CRM with Phenomenal Human Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lexie G. | Administrative Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

Less Annoying CRM is highly user-friendly. The onboarding process is straightforward, especially with their extensive video catalogue. It’s fully customizable, and the pricing is an excellent fit for the small not-for-profit organization I work for. I also really appreciate that you always get to speak with a real person, which is phenomenal in an era where so many companies rely heavily on chatbots.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

My biggest drawback is the limited number of integrations with the platforms I use. That said, the team is clearly working to roll out new integrations gradually, which I appreciate because it helps ensure they actually work properly and reliably.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM makes contact management simple and practical. Our previous platform had far too many features we weren’t using, minimal onboarding, and a user interface that wasn’t intuitive. With Less Annoying CRM, I can get any volunteer or practicum student up and running in about an hour or less.

 ### 8. Simple Yet Effective CRM for Daily Client Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shriner H. | Software Business Development Manager, Program Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I like how simple, clean, and straightforward Less Annoying CRM is to use without any complicated setup or confusing extra features. I appreciate that it focuses only on the core CRM tools I actually need, instead of being overloaded with unnecessary functions I’ll never use. I really love the easy contact management system. I can quickly add new leads, clients, and tech partners, log every phone call, email, and meeting note, and view the entire communication history with anyone in just one click. The follow-up reminder feature is one of my favorite highlights. It lets me schedule future check-ins with potential software project clients automatically, so I never forget to reach out or miss an important follow-up. The interface is intuitive and well-organized, so my team and I can jump right in without any long training or technical support. I also like how I can categorize and tag contacts by project type, lead status, and business opportunity level. This makes it super easy to filter prospects, prioritize high-value software development deals, and keep my sales pipeline clearly structured. Overall, its simplicity, reliable contact tracking, handy follow-up reminders, and clean layout are what stand out the most. It’s lightweight, effective, and perfectly fits our daily client management and business development workflow for program development services.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Even though I really enjoy using Less Annoying CRM for my client and lead management work, there are a few areas I think could be better for someone in software business development and program development sales. First, the reporting and analytics features are pretty basic. I’d like to see more customizable reports to track where our leads come from, how many convert into actual software projects, and how our pipeline performs month over month. Right now the built-in reports are very simple, and I can’t easily filter data by lead source, project type, or client industry. It would help a lot with planning our business development strategy. Second, the bulk editing tools for contacts are limited. Sometimes I need to update tags, status labels, or follow-up settings for a large group of leads at once. The current system doesn’t offer strong batch updating options, so I end up editing many entries one by one, which takes extra time. For one, I wish the mobile app experience was more robust. Right now I can view basic contacts and simple notes on my phone, but I can’t easily add detailed meeting logs, adjust lead statuses, or set complex follow-up reminders while I’m out of the office. Improving the mobile layout and adding more full desktop functions to the app would make on-the-go client management much smoother. Another small improvement would be adding more pipeline visualization options. Right now the lead pipeline is functional but very basic. A clear visual dashboard to drag and drop leads between different stages would make it easier to overview all ongoing software project deals and track their progress at a glance.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM centralizes all client communication, organizes sales pipeline management with reminders, and simplifies customer classification, improving efficiency and reliability in my business development workflow.

 ### 9. Most Intuitive, Affordable CRM That Fits a Small Consultancy Perfectly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | CEO & Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

This is the most intuitive CRM I have ever used. For a small consultancy, it meets my needs exactly without having to work through complex workflows or other nonsense that you see in other "simple" CRM solutions. Combined with a low monthly cost, I can't think of a better solution.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The platform itself is fantastic, but integrations with other providers via an open API would be nice. For example, an integration with a cold email outreach report would be great, to avoid having to manually import contacts. Just a minor quibble, it's really not that bad.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LACRM helps keep my process simple by focusing on just what I need. It provides a simple interface, allows me to add custom fields when needed, and the new automations feature is great to keep me on track with follow-ups. I can stay on top of my communications and keep track of who I still need to follow-up with without having to rely on other tools.

 ### 10. Efficient CRM for Trackable Engagements, but Needs Better Group Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanatswa H. | Marketing Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I like how you're able to check activity from when you reach out to a customer until you close the pipeline. The pipeline is the best feature, and I've been enjoying using it so far.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I could try to understand more about groups. Because I feel like the pipeline works better than the groups. So maybe if there's more information about the groups, or maybe they can be something made to the understand the groups better and make them more reliable .

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM helps us manage our customer database and follow the engagement process. I like tracking activities from initial contact to closing deals, with the pipeline feature being the standout for me.

 ### 11. Effortlessly Simple CRM for Solopreneurs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to keep track of my contacts. It makes it easy to see when I last talked with someone and sometimes to set reminders of when to get back in touch with them. I've tried several other CRMs, and most had awkward ways of identifying people and required a lot of time to set up in a useful way. With Less Annoying CRM, it's very straightforward. It doesn't require me to enter unnecessary information, but it has enough flexibility to allow for more robust information if I want it. Because it doesn't require much time, I stay up to date with entering information into it. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

N/A

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to track contacts easily. It's simple to see recent interactions and set reminders, saving time and effort. It's straightforward, flexible, and doesn't force unnecessary information, making it easy to maintain up-to-date records.

 ### 12. Intuitive CRM, Perfect for Growing Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charmaine D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I find Less Annoying CRM very intuitive and easy to use. Everything is where I would expect it to be, and if not, it's really easy to get help finding it. Once I understand it, it stays the same and doesn't change around. I really like the modern and sleek style it has now after changes. The CRM syncs well with my email and calendar software, making everything organized. I'm able to see my to-do lists, work with different types of clients, and keep track of vendors efficiently. The initial setup was extremely easy with helpful short videos, and migrating my data was straightforward. It's also a cost-effective product, especially for smaller businesses starting to take on more clients.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Originally, I didn't care for the way the platform looked, but they have changed that. And I really like the style of it now. It's very modern and sleek. So everything is very good so far.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to organize client and vendor contacts, manage follow-ups with reminders, sort clients by their journey stage, and keep everything in chronological order.

 ### 13. Effortless Contact Management with Unmatched Simplicity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juman D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I love Less Annoying CRM for its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is very clean, and I started using it without any training. Managing contacts, setting reminders, and tracking follow-ups feel smooth and stress-free, which makes it ideal for daily use. I frequently use the contact management and reminder features, allowing me to quickly add notes to contacts and set follow-up reminders, ensuring I stay on top of calls and emails. The task reminders help me maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow without having to rely on separate tools. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to start using the CRM almost immediately without any technical help. It’s a reliable option for small teams or individuals who want a simple and effective way to manage contacts and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I think the reporting and automation features could be improved. More advanced reporting options and deeper automation would be helpful as business needs grow. That said, the current features are sufficient for everyday contact and follow-up management.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to manage customer contacts, track leads, and organize follow-ups. It solves the problem of scattered information and missed follow-ups by ensuring everything is organized in one place with clear reminders. The contact management and reminder features help keep my workflow organized and efficient.

 ### 14. Easy, Intuitive, and Less Annoying.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lenora M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It's easy to use and intuitive. It has a spreadsheet contact import feature that I love!

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

One thing I would like is the option to show tasks for multiple days. It makes planning certain aspects of my job easier if I know what is coming up over the next 2-3 days in addition to just today.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize my contacts and leads. I can make notes about follow ups such as where we met and tid bits about the contact and their industry.

 ### 15. Easy to use, best customer service ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I love this CRM. I've avoided getting one for years because they can be complicated to implement, and most are overpowered for my needs. I'm a solo consultant and what I need most is reminders to follow up and the ability to keep all the info/comms with a given contact in the same place.

LACRM is easy to use and the interface is really clean. I see my followups on the main page and just click them. And I was able to set up custom automations so I can set up quarterly alerts, monthly alerts, etc., with a few clicks. Before I had to physically set up appointments in my calendar to remind myself.

I also love that my emails are automatically logged--I used to dig through sent emails to remind myself what the last communication was.

The performance is great. It does exactly what I expect it to every time.

They are not bombarding me with AI features and I love that. I don't need AI for this use case, and I'm frustrated that every software product right now is bloated with AI features that aren't actually adding to the core value of the product.

The customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. When I signed up for a free trial, they offered me a free 50-minute (!!) session with a customer service person. She was so kind. We screenshared and she set everything up for me and showed me where everything was. So I was up and running in less than an hour, when otherwise I would have been bogged down in help articles for days. I didn't have to know all the features I wanted to use, I got to just tell her the problems I was trying to solve, and she showed me the features I could use to solve them.

I also freaking love their business model and marketing. Their pricing is easy to understand, their unsubscribe links are at the beginning of the email and not hidden, they tell me how many emails are in a sequence so I can opt out. They never hit me with buzzwords. I feel respected as a user and a client, which is an incredibly rare experience these days.

The one feature I'd love is a LinkedIn integration. I do have to do some manual work to get LinkedIn info into the CRM, which is not ideal since I use LinkedIn a lot. But I work around that happily because I'm so thrilled with every other aspect of the product, and I feel confident they'll add it when/if possible.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The only downside for me is the lack of a LinkedIn integration. That said, I chose LACRM over another product did have a LinkedIn integration because LACRM was so much better overall.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies my business development work by helping me remember to follow up with people and refreshing my memory about our prior communications.

 ### 16. Clean Interface and Outstanding Support Make Daily Tasks a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cadrian M. | Executive Assistant/Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The interface is very clean and appealing, making it easy to learn and use. I rely on it daily to track a wide range of details for my life insurance clients, health insurance clients, and for general office tasks. Whenever new features are introduced or I have questions, customer support consistently proves to be outstanding—always helpful and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I do wish there were a simpler way to automate messaging to clients without having to rely on an external program that requires an additional payment. However, to be honest, there isn’t much that I dislike overall, and the things I appreciate about the product definitely outweigh the negatives.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main feature we rely on is tracking how customers progress through the underwriting process for life insurance policies. The pipelines make it easy to monitor this movement seamlessly.

 ### 17. Effortlessly Manages Customer Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I love how easy it is to intuitively use Less Annoying CRM. I also like that it's uncluttered and has a very clean interface. The setup was unbelievably easy, and it's the reason I chose it.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I would like to be able to click on an email and email directly from there vs. copy/pasting the email into Outlook. I use the browser version of Outlook. It looks like this feature would work if I had the non-browser version.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to manage customer sales flows and track potential customers through different stages. It helps me keep track of inquiries, quotes, inventory dates, and more, which was impossible to handle before. It prevents confusion and missed emails, managing a higher volume of interactions.

 ### 18. Simple, Effective, and Backed by Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Realtor

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I really like Less Annoying CRM because it's simple, which is great since some CRMs can be super bloated with overkill features that just get in the way. The simplicity is actually the beauty of it. I also appreciate the great customer service from the team. They, including the CEO, really care about making sure their users are taken care of, and that's something I value a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The beauty of Less Annoying CRM is the simplicity, so you do give up the overkill features, but that's the point.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to keep track of my real estate clients, ensuring I don't let relationships slip through the cracks.

 ### 19. Intuitive CRM That Keeps Teams Organized

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I use Less Annoying CRM in a team to keep track of applications for various short-term programs. It helps us have one organized hub that multiple people can log into, which keeps us more organized and prevents things from falling through the cracks. I really like the to-do feature as it keeps the whole team on task, ensuring we know what needs to be done. I love how organized it helps me be, thanks to the to-do list feature and various sorting folders. The to-do list helps keep the team on track and makes teamwork and collaboration much easier, while the sorting folders allow us to see at a glance where numbers for various categories are at. The initial setup was really easy, and the system is very intuitive to operate, with no one on my team struggling with using it.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

It's not the most visually appealing layout, but honestly, I don't mind that because it is functional and it gets the job done.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM provides an organized hub for my team, ensuring tasks are tracked and nothing falls through the cracks. It simplifies collaboration with the to-do list feature and sorting folders, improving our task management and category visibility.

 ### 20. Straightforward, Clean CRM with Almost No Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The best thing I like about this Less Annoying CRM is that the name itself says it's less annoying in terms of accessing the CRM; it's very straightforward to use. There almost no learning curve is needed. Very easy to manage the contact, tasks and follow-ups. Their interface is also clean and simple.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Their main limitation is that it doesn't give many advanced automation and customisation options compared to other CRMs out there. And their reporting options are also very basic.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM solves the problem of over-complicated CRM systems for small businesses. It helps keep customer information, notes and tasks well organised in one place without overwhelming the user. An easy and clean interface.

 ### 21. Exceptionally Intuitive CRM (ideal for a small or medium size company)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It is very intuitive and easy to use. When comparing it to other CRM systems which advertise they are simple to use for small companies, it was like night and day.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

It is hard to believe. I have been using it for several months now and there is nothing that I dislike. There are actually many features that I found that I wouldn't even have thought to ask for.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small startup company and now only have 2 employees which need to use the CRM system to help organize all the information about current and potential customers. We now can share and update information about our customers in an on-line system, send tasks and messages to each other concerning these accounts, have easy to read customized reports about our various customers. Both employees can also easily update information on the same customer file.

 ### 22. Great CRM for Small Businesses Seeking Simplicity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norman P. | Chief Customer Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It is a great CRM if you're not needing anything special. It works for most small businesses that just need a good function CRM. The price is great as well.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

It is not the prettiest to look at and there's not a lot of applications that natively connects with it without using API, but this isn't a deal breaker for most small business.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a competent and cost effective CRM for my team. It has all the features a company would need without the high cost.

 ### 23. Less Annoying CRM Solved Problems for This Small Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara U. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

LACRM is very intuitive. No special training required. Customer Service is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

My only complaint is that the contact names are separate files from the company file. Consequently we have a lot of files.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has several categories of records in the database. The previous CRM we used was not set up for the number of records we generated. LACRM has made managing our many records very easy.

 ### 24. Outstanding Customer Service, Perfect CRM for Its Purpose

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The absolute best part of LACRM is their customer service!

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The only downside I experience is really due to us using it slightly outside of it's scope, it does exactly what it is supposed to do when using it as a CRM.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small, independent school with a very limited budget. We started using LACRM to track families interested in enrollment and I find myself trying to find MORE ways to use it within in our school community. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and use!

 ### 25. Customizable, Easy Interface with Affordable Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

customizable, easy interface, many options for custom fields, same cost for small or large number of contacts, affordable pricing

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The tags/groups interface is not my favorite. It's not difficult but doesn't feel as intuitive as the rest of the interface. I also wish it had it's own campaign creation rather than integrating with other platforms. The integrations probably make the most sense, but my preference would be all-in-one.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping my contacts up-to-date and manageable

 ### 26. Love LACRM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I love LACRM because it is very simple to use and has everything our business needs. All at a very low cost to our company. Being a small company we don't want to pay large fees for features we won't use. I love the repeating feature on the calendar. I love the Pipeline features, group features and the activity documentation. I can tailor it to our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I haven't really found anything that I dislike regarding this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Less Annoying CRM:**

A low cost CRM solution that works great to keep client data updated.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with annual reviews by allowing to search for clients in a specific group. I can pipeline different types of companies for reporting.

 ### 27. Business owner and user for 4 months

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

Very logical and easy to learn how to use. Provides me with what I need each day. Enables me to keep info or files attached to a contact or company for easy and quick retrieval. Really love their forms feature. Best of all, my webmaster said it was very easy to integrate the LACRM form within my website.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

There are some features that I would like to see. It is not a matter of dislike. Just waiting for more features that are coming in the future.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendaring, task management, customer centric focus, customizing of forms, customizing of Pipelines that I use for Sales Leads, Consulting projects, Customer service. The workflow makes it very easy to get work done.

 ### 28. Super straight-forward and supported by a team of real people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rory M. | Founding Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

- The product is very intuitive and easy to use
- All the features you actually need, none of the marketing BS that other CRMs promise
- Single price point, very easy
- Customisations are very powerful, despite its simplicity it can be adapted to your particular circumstances very easily.
- The level of customer support is fantastic. They're a real team of people, you can ask them questions and they'll respond like real people.
- The name is fantastic, and perfect compared to all of the other CRMs I've used.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

- There was one (minor) feature that was missing - the ability to @ my colleagues; I mentioned it in a feedback form and got a response from the team acknowledging the gap and giving me a work-around (this is more of a positive I guess!)

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Tracking business contacts and making sure that we're joined up in our communications
- Tracking our sales pipeline (we're a professional services consultancy business)
- Keeping a pipeline of potential recruits.

 ### 29. Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | SAles Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I like the simplistic design. So many CRM software systems contain way too much fluff and do not concentrate enough on what is important, which is customer data. Very easy to input details and can even be connected to email systems to help with email marketing.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I really have no complaints or dislikes. This CRM is perfect for me and out operation.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM solves the problem of keeping a broad customer database. It also benefits my customer support team. When we input little details about the customer like day to day stuff, hobbies, problems they were having, how conversations went, it really helps to connect with returning customers. Makes our support team very efficient and personable.

 ### 30. Should Be Called More Efficient CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce D. | Dog Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The team at Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) are absolutely focused on providing their users with an efficient, minimalist, highly usable productivity tool for a fraction of the cost of bulkier, more bloated CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The contact page could use some cleaning up: the graphics are large and take up too much visual real estate, and the emphasis is on providing spaces for information entry rather than contact details, Not a huge quibble by any means.

**Recommendations to others considering Less Annoying CRM:**

Absolutely give LACRM a shot. If you're a Google Apps user you'll find their integration outstanding. It lacks a few features common in more expensive, corporate-oriented CRMs (email templates, forms), but they provide easy access to other vendors and I've put together a full featured CRM suite with LACRM as the centerpiece for over half of the cost of some of the more heralded providers.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With LACRM, I can concentrate on my clients rather than my record keeping. The app is easy to implement and even easier to use. That simplicity is especially impressive when you consider how incredibly flexible and scalable it actuallty is. Although it doesn't offer as many "bells and whistles" as some of the more full-featured CRMs, it offers more than enough for a solo or small business operator right out of the box, and plenty of options to scale to size for larger firms without succumbing to software bloat or the desire to attempt to be "everything for everybody".

 ### 31. Affordable and easy to use, an efficient customer management tool suitable for small teams.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I like Less Annoying CRM for its affordable and transparent pricing, which is only $15 per user per month, with no tiered plans, add-ons, or hidden fees, making it ideal for small businesses with limited budgets. I am also very satisfied with the excellent customer service; the team is professional and experienced, providing high-quality support and quick responses. Efficient contact management is another highlight, allowing the management of multiple contacts on one platform, storing complete details, interaction logs, and follow-up reminders, and segmenting through tags and custom statuses for personalized marketing. Task and schedule management is equally convenient, with integrated calendar features that allow the creation and management of events, meetings, and calls directly in the CRM, setting automated reminders to ensure tasks are completed on time. The search function is highly efficient, helping to quickly find the needed information, saving time and effort. I am also pleased with the software's good integration capabilities, as it can integrate with commonly used applications like Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Contacts, and Mailchimp, facilitating data synchronization and marketing efforts. I also appreciate the customizable features it offers, allowing users to quickly customize the options they need, with a process that is not complicated and can be easily completed by non-technical personnel. If any issues arise, customer service provides free assistance to ensure smooth setup completion.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Lack of Complex Marketing Automation: For enterprises with complex marketing automation needs, its functionality appears insufficient. For example, it cannot set up multi-step, condition-triggered marketing automation activities. Features like automatically sending a series of targeted emails based on different customer behaviors, such as clicking on specific email links or purchasing specific products, cannot be realized, which limits the development of refined marketing for enterprises. Insufficient Depth in Data Analysis: Its data analysis capabilities are relatively basic, only providing simple data statistics such as the number of customers and transaction counts. It lacks in-depth data analysis dimensions, such as customer lifetime value prediction and detailed analysis of sales funnel conversion rates, which is not conducive to enterprises making precise decisions and strategy adjustments based on data.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Less Annoying CRM to address the issues of scattered and disorganized customer information, to centrally manage contacts and business data, to track sales processes, and to avoid missing leads.

 ### 32. No-nonsense, customizable CRM that's perfect for small business teams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate E. | Director of Education and Operations / Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I run a small online business with the help of a remote, dispersed team, and LACRM has been a cornerstone of our operations for over 15 years. Unlike businesses with traditional "sales funnels," we rely heavily on long-term relationship-building. Our customers naturally come and go, as their need for our services is driven by external factors outside their control—and ours.

LACRM stands out because it’s not designed exclusively for "salesy" businesses. Instead, it accommodates our unique approach, staying out of our way while consistently delivering reliable performance. Features like robust export/import functionality and the ability to merge contacts and histories when needed have been invaluable.

What I particularly appreciate about LACRM is how their development priorities and values align with ours. Their system is customizable, but not excessively so, which keeps it intuitive and minimizes frustration. They focus on simplicity and functionality, a philosophy that keeps costs down for all of us while ensuring the tool remains effective. LACRM is proof that less can truly be more.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

I genuinely can't think of anything that's missing or problematic right now. If I do, I'll update this review!

**Recommendations to others considering Less Annoying CRM:**

Be sure to ask them questions. Their team is willing to help you think through the problems that YOU need to solve and they'll be honest about any limitations.

Think about any integrations you might need now and in the future.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They recently added forms, which comes at a perfect time as we are looking to update some of our intake/feedback forms. This will benefit us any time we need a simple form (though for more robust forms with conditional logic, I think we'll still need to rely on a different platform).

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The ease of setting up and using is second to none. I have tried others. When you run into a problem, all you have to do is call and a live person will answer the phone. They are here in the US and will walk you through the fix. Very easy process without emailing or chatting back and forth. Their service is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Maybe a few more integrations, but that has not hindered how I use the CRM.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less Annoying CRM keeps all of my contacts organized and in one place with the ease of click to call, text and email. It automatically records these calls, text and emails in the notes for that customer so It's easy to remember where I left off or what needs to be done. I use it to organize my task and calender notifications so I am always on time and in front of the ball and not falling behind.

 ### 36. Very user friendly, affordable, and great tech support

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

Ease of use. Ability to customize on your own. Very responsive customer support. It's great to be able to access our business information on the go every day during our job. It was really easy to set up and train others how to access information. Easy to run reports that are needed.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Duplicate records- Only able to see 100 records to merge duplicates. We have many records for both spouses so it flags them as duplicate and limits our ability to see the whole list to sort our actual duplicates. While being secure at HIPAA compliant levels, it's not certified HIPAA compliant. This might limit some of the potential users.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing client information on the go when we aren't in the office. Voip dialing integration. Reminders. Flow tracking

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Nothing at this point strikes me as an irritation.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Records management and to-do lists for my clients. I can create a series of follow-ups and then forget about them until they are due

I switched over from a much more expensive industry-specific CRM that was difficult to use and annoying. LACRM has everything we need.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

I liked the fact that it was free or low cost at the time it was used.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

It works great as a crm to help keep track of contacts etc. We just needed inventory features which is why we switched.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM for keeping track current customers and new leads. Google integration was helpful. Task Alerts and email campaigns.

 ### 44. Great Basic CRM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

1) It is very simple and intuitive to use.
2) The customer support is, by far, the best of any other CRM I have used. It is also less needed than other CRMs.
3) It is easy to implement and integrates with other programs.
4) I use it every day.
5) Its price is fantastic!
6) It ports easily.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

The downside is the same as its upside. It is very simple and intuitive. It does not have the bells and whistles other CRMs have, which means it is easier to learn, but it also means it is not as powerful. It is a great basic CRM if you don't need the bells and whistles, or starter CRM to help you learn how to use a CRM.

Unfortunately, I have grown and I now need a more robust CRM.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a bankruptcy law firm, and it has handled our incoming clients database well.

 ### 45. Incredibly easy to learn!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The interface is so clean and simple. There are clear and concise processes for anything you'd need from a basic CRM. I did free trials for around 10 of the leading CRMs and chose this one because I caught on to it immediately. There's no fluff or complicated extra options. I also love the tone of the company's message. A small group of dedicated people with a clear passion!

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

If you're looking for something high tech for a very large business, I imagine you may need something with more features. For any small business I would say this is everything you'd need to manage meetings, tasks and client information.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed one place to login and see all my meetings notes, upcoming meetings, and tracking progress on certain tasks for my clients. This lets me manage ongoing processes within my business.

 ### 46. It’s friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It does what is needed for a small consulting business easily and reliably.

But that's not the point. The key differentiator is the people. They are brilliant. It's a relationship business that wants to help you. I have zero interest in CRM. It's a tool that's it. But I do want to know how to use it to best effect and I want to know that efficiently. That's where LACRM is the best option. A person jumps on a call with you and helps you. That easy. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Nothing really. I'd like to be able to see more financial data about my clients which didn't seem easy or possible but see above comment - they're helping me find a way for their platform to do it. Perfect.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing all my client data in one place

 ### 47. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

The CRM is easy to use and customize. Even better is the Customer Service. If there is an issue the team at LACRM is always quick to reply and/or fix.

**What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?**

Issues that come up are always addressed and fixed within a business day.

**What problems is Less Annoying CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not a huge insurance agency and we don't need 90% of what the standard Insurance CRMs offfer. LACRM meets all of out needs and at a much lower cost.

 ### 48. Got it right First time !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha L. | founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?**

It takes time to research the pros and cons of various CRMs, and there are countless options available. However, I firmly believe that the time spent finding the right one is an invaluable investment. When I read the story of Tyler, one of the founders of LACRM, I immediately knew that this was the company for me.

I was looking for something reasonably priced, simple to use, and free of unnecessary bells and whistles. I didn't need a CRM that could do everything; I wanted one that did a few crucial things exceptionally well. LACRM delivered exactly that.

The customer service they provide is exceptional—truly beyond 100%. I felt genuinely supported from the start. LACRM even arranged a courtesy call to help me with my setup, which I found incredibly helpful. Although the session was scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, we finished everything in just 15 minutes, and I left that call with complete confidence. More importantly, I knew that if I had any questions in the future, there would be a real person on the other end of the phone who understood me right away.

I've also reached out via email a couple of times, and each time, I've received a prompt response. As a small business owner with limited time and budget, I wanted to make sure I made the right choice for my CRM on the first try—and I did. You can too.
