"Efficient CRM for Trackable Engagements, but Needs Better Group Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I like how you're able to check activity from when you reach out to a customer until you close the pipeline. The pipeline is the best feature, and I've been enjoying using it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I could try to understand more about groups. Because I feel like the pipeline works better than the groups. So maybe if there's more information about the groups, or maybe they can be something made to the understand the groups better and make them more reliable . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Simple CRM for Solopreneurs"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I use Less Annoying CRM to keep track of my contacts. It makes it easy to see when I last talked with someone and sometimes to set reminders of when to get back in touch with them. I've tried several other CRMs, and most had awkward ways of identifying people and required a lot of time to set up in a useful way. With Less Annoying CRM, it's very straightforward. It doesn't require me to enter unnecessary information, but it has enough flexibility to allow for more robust information if I want it. Because it doesn't require much time, I stay up to date with entering information into it. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM, Perfect for Growing Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I find Less Annoying CRM very intuitive and easy to use. Everything is where I would expect it to be, and if not, it's really easy to get help finding it. Once I understand it, it stays the same and doesn't change around. I really like the modern and sleek style it has now after changes. The CRM syncs well with my email and calendar software, making everything organized. I'm able to see my to-do lists, work with different types of clients, and keep track of vendors efficiently. The initial setup was extremely easy with helpful short videos, and migrating my data was straightforward. It's also a cost-effective product, especially for smaller businesses starting to take on more clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Originally, I didn't care for the way the platform looked, but they have changed that. And I really like the style of it now. It's very modern and sleek. So everything is very good so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contact Management with Unmatched Simplicity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I love Less Annoying CRM for its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is very clean, and I started using it without any training. Managing contacts, setting reminders, and tracking follow-ups feel smooth and stress-free, which makes it ideal for daily use. I frequently use the contact management and reminder features, allowing me to quickly add notes to contacts and set follow-up reminders, ensuring I stay on top of calls and emails. The task reminders help me maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow without having to rely on separate tools. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to start using the CRM almost immediately without any technical help. It’s a reliable option for small teams or individuals who want a simple and effective way to manage contacts and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I think the reporting and automation features could be improved. More advanced reporting options and deeper automation would be helpful as business needs grow. That said, the current features are sufficient for everyday contact and follow-up management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It's easy to use and intuitive. It has a spreadsheet contact import feature that I love! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

One thing I would like is the option to show tasks for multiple days. It makes planning certain aspects of my job easier if I know what is coming up over the next 2-3 days in addition to just today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, best customer service ever"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I love this CRM. I've avoided getting one for years because they can be complicated to implement, and most are overpowered for my needs. I'm a solo consultant and what I need most is reminders to follow up and the ability to keep all the info/comms with a given contact in the same place.

LACRM is easy to use and the interface is really clean. I see my followups on the main page and just click them. And I was able to set up custom automations so I can set up quarterly alerts, monthly alerts, etc., with a few clicks. Before I had to physically set up appointments in my calendar to remind myself.

I also love that my emails are automatically logged--I used to dig through sent emails to remind myself what the last communication was.

The performance is great. It does exactly what I expect it to every time.

They are not bombarding me with AI features and I love that. I don't need AI for this use case, and I'm frustrated that every software product right now is bloated with AI features that aren't actually adding to the core value of the product.

The customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. When I signed up for a free trial, they offered me a free 50-minute (!!) session with a customer service person. She was so kind. We screenshared and she set everything up for me and showed me where everything was. So I was up and running in less than an hour, when otherwise I would have been bogged down in help articles for days. I didn't have to know all the features I wanted to use, I got to just tell her the problems I was trying to solve, and she showed me the features I could use to solve them.

I also freaking love their business model and marketing. Their pricing is easy to understand, their unsubscribe links are at the beginning of the email and not hidden, they tell me how many emails are in a sequence so I can opt out. They never hit me with buzzwords. I feel respected as a user and a client, which is an incredibly rare experience these days.

The one feature I'd love is a LinkedIn integration. I do have to do some manual work to get LinkedIn info into the CRM, which is not ideal since I use LinkedIn a lot. But I work around that happily because I'm so thrilled with every other aspect of the product, and I feel confident they'll add it when/if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The only downside for me is the lack of a LinkedIn integration. That said, I chose LACRM over another product did have a LinkedIn integration because LACRM was so much better overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Interface and Outstanding Support Make Daily Tasks a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The interface is very clean and appealing, making it easy to learn and use. I rely on it daily to track a wide range of details for my life insurance clients, health insurance clients, and for general office tasks. Whenever new features are introduced or I have questions, customer support consistently proves to be outstanding—always helpful and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I do wish there were a simpler way to automate messaging to clients without having to rely on an external program that requires an additional payment. However, to be honest, there isn’t much that I dislike overall, and the things I appreciate about the product definitely outweigh the negatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manages Customer Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I love how easy it is to intuitively use Less Annoying CRM. I also like that it's uncluttered and has a very clean interface. The setup was unbelievably easy, and it's the reason I chose it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I would like to be able to click on an email and email directly from there vs. copy/pasting the email into Outlook. I use the browser version of Outlook. It looks like this feature would work if I had the non-browser version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Effective, and Backed by Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I really like Less Annoying CRM because it's simple, which is great since some CRMs can be super bloated with overkill features that just get in the way. The simplicity is actually the beauty of it. I also appreciate the great customer service from the team. They, including the CEO, really care about making sure their users are taken care of, and that's something I value a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The beauty of Less Annoying CRM is the simplicity, so you do give up the overkill features, but that's the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM That Keeps Teams Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I use Less Annoying CRM in a team to keep track of applications for various short-term programs. It helps us have one organized hub that multiple people can log into, which keeps us more organized and prevents things from falling through the cracks. I really like the to-do feature as it keeps the whole team on task, ensuring we know what needs to be done. I love how organized it helps me be, thanks to the to-do list feature and various sorting folders. The to-do list helps keep the team on track and makes teamwork and collaboration much easier, while the sorting folders allow us to see at a glance where numbers for various categories are at. The initial setup was really easy, and the system is very intuitive to operate, with no one on my team struggling with using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

It's not the most visually appealing layout, but honestly, I don't mind that because it is functional and it gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
