What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?
I love this CRM. I've avoided getting one for years because they can be complicated to implement, and most are overpowered for my needs. I'm a solo consultant and what I need most is reminders to follow up and the ability to keep all the info/comms with a given contact in the same place.
LACRM is easy to use and the interface is really clean. I see my followups on the main page and just click them. And I was able to set up custom automations so I can set up quarterly alerts, monthly alerts, etc., with a few clicks. Before I had to physically set up appointments in my calendar to remind myself.
I also love that my emails are automatically logged--I used to dig through sent emails to remind myself what the last communication was.
The performance is great. It does exactly what I expect it to every time.
They are not bombarding me with AI features and I love that. I don't need AI for this use case, and I'm frustrated that every software product right now is bloated with AI features that aren't actually adding to the core value of the product.
The customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. When I signed up for a free trial, they offered me a free 50-minute (!!) session with a customer service person. She was so kind. We screenshared and she set everything up for me and showed me where everything was. So I was up and running in less than an hour, when otherwise I would have been bogged down in help articles for days. I didn't have to know all the features I wanted to use, I got to just tell her the problems I was trying to solve, and she showed me the features I could use to solve them.
I also freaking love their business model and marketing. Their pricing is easy to understand, their unsubscribe links are at the beginning of the email and not hidden, they tell me how many emails are in a sequence so I can opt out. They never hit me with buzzwords. I feel respected as a user and a client, which is an incredibly rare experience these days.
The one feature I'd love is a LinkedIn integration. I do have to do some manual work to get LinkedIn info into the CRM, which is not ideal since I use LinkedIn a lot. But I work around that happily because I'm so thrilled with every other aspect of the product, and I feel confident they'll add it when/if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
