Leon is web-based flight operations software built for aircraft operators. It replaces separate spreadsheets, inboxes and point tools with one flight management platform covering flight scheduling, charter sales, flight dispatch, crew rostering, aircraft maintenance tracking and operational reporting — so Sales, OPS, Crew and Maintenance work from the same live data. Flight scheduling and dispatch. Plan ad-hoc charter, recurring series and seasonal programmes on one fleet timeline. Prepare international and domestic trips with configurable trip checklists, multi-AOC support, handling and fuel ordering, automatic movement messages and Journey Log capture from the crew app. Charter sales and quoting. A built-in aviation CRM handles charter requests, charter quoting, sales documents, invoicing and subcharter management, with Avinode and marketplace connectivity for sourcing and distributing availability. Crew management and FTL compliance. A configurable FTL engine calculates duty, rest and FDP against the operator's own OM-A rather than a generic ruleset. Track crew qualifications, endorsements and currency, and build duty rosters in draft mode before publishing. Maintenance and reporting. Monitor scheduled maintenance, AOG, TAH/TAC and aircraft document validity, and feed external MX systems. Generate predefined reports or build your own with the Report Wizard, schedule distribution and export to BI tools. Open integration. A GraphQL API with read/write access, webhooks and granular permission scopes connects Leon to internal systems, alongside dozens of built-in aviation software integrations — flight planning, handling, maintenance and compliance providers. Used by business aviation operators, charter operators, scheduled operators, cargo operators, trip support companies and charter brokers worldwide. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
