Leo is highly customizable, and the support team has guided us on creating custom questionnaire templates. The email reminder functionality and task scheduling help us keep track of tasks, and allows us to set tasks for our clients. Once tasks are completed, Leo generates easy-to-read reports stored securely, which gives ease of mind if we need to evidence our monitoring procedures. Leo integrates well with our data spreadsheets and PDF policies, and it’s great for sending reminder emails to the team when tasks are due. I love Leo's integrated ID verification tools and company/individual background screening tools. The setup was relatively easy thanks to the help of the support team and the intuitive interface. I think it's the best RegTech solution by far that I have come across, certainly for small-medium firms, and could be great for larger firms as well. **What do you dislike about Leo?** Leo contains a huge library of content and tools, and sometimes we discover there are things we didn't realize existed, so they could do more to advertise new functionalities and content. They could provide more learning opportunities for their clients and encourage other Leo users to share their experiences and tips. **What problems is Leo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Leo to keep track of compliance tasks with email reminders and task scheduling. I also appreciate how it generates secure reports, giving me an overview of clients' reporting history, which offers ease of mind during regulatory checks. Leo also makes KYC/AML on clients easy as they can be invited to fill out parts of the questionnaires. ### 2. Leo on the other hand has been extremely user friendly and feedback from staff has generally been positive on the training they have been required to undertake. ### 3. A fantastic tool that has helped our firm scale up and stay on top of our requirements. **What do you dislike about Leo?** Nothing stands out as something I dislike. The system has worked well for me, and I’ve been satisfied with how it operates. **What problems is Leo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leo has helped us organise and implement our compliance framework in a traceable and organised manner.
