**What do you like best about LenderAssist?**

I like that the program makes things easier to communicate with customers via technology. I worked at a bank that used this and they switched from the old paper method to this program. It really saves a lot of time! 

**What do you dislike about LenderAssist?**

I dont think there was much that I didn't like about it. It was extremely useful. 

**What problems is LenderAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, it made things a lot easier for communication and organizing. Instead of having to go and get paper files everything was stored right in the program and it made life a lot less stressful because you had everything right in front of you.
