Lend. is loan-tracking software for individuals who lend privately: property sellers who financed a buyer, business sellers holding a note, and people who lent money to family or friends. Enter the note's terms and Lend. builds the amortization schedule, then records each payment with its principal and interest split and keeps a running balance. It supports balloon payments, extra principal, payments split into installments, and late fees kept separate from the balance. Borrowers get a portal with their balance, schedule, history and receipts, and can pay by bank transfer (ACH) with optional autopay; payments made by ATH Móvil or Zelle can be recorded automatically from forwarded confirmation emails. Lend. generates payoff quotes, splits payments among co-lenders, and produces year-end forms (480.7A for Puerto Rico; 1098, 6252 and 8594 for the IRS), including asset allocation for seller-financed business sales. English and Spanish.
