There are some limitations when trying to customize Level Up for a specific brand. We moved away from the lemonade concept, but then had to bring it back, along with our own name and the game’s branding, because a lot of the pre-created content still refers to the lemonade wording and branding. The way courses can only be assigned to groups. It would be great if you could assign a course to just an individual versus using the certificate option. Lemonade allows us to build out excellent, customizable, dependable training paths for our team members that prepare them for their job and the inevitable changes that happen periodically due to competition, regulatory changes, etc. While we can take advantage of the premade content Lemonade already has available, we can create trainings specific to our processes and make them easily available to team members in a way that we could not previously. We have undertaken several ambitious projects as a company in the last two years and were able to get our team educated and excited about these changes because of the dynamic, customizable capabilities provided by Lemonade.
