**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

I really loved how engaging the platform’s gamified design is. We were able to offer a variety of microlearning courses that genuinely excited learners and encouraged them to repeat steps multiple times until they fully mastered each topic.

The platform also encouraged friendly competition and kept users coming back again and again to take more courses and climb to the top of the leaderboard. Over the first six months, our users participated in learning on an average of 18 separate days, with a 98% user adoption rate. With our phased rollout approach, it equates to users visiting on a weekly basis at minimum.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

There are some limitations when trying to customize Level Up for a specific brand. We moved away from the lemonade concept, but then had to bring it back, along with our own name and the game’s branding, because a lot of the pre-created content still refers to the lemonade wording and branding.

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Lemonade LXP solved for us was sustaining content between training and when learners actually need to use the knowledge and skills. The platform creates a terrific opportunity for people to practice and keep those skills sharp, which helps mitigate much of the effect of the dreaded forgetting curve.

In our particular situation, we were going through a merger, and learners sometimes went as long as six months between training and being on the job using the new systems and procedures. Lemonade LXP helped bridge that gap and made this possible.

There aren’t any major drawbacks to the platform. Some users just take a little more time to get familiar with all of LemonadeLXP’s features and game elements, but once they do, the system is intuitive and highly engaging.

LemonadeLXP bridges engagement gaps in traditional training by making learning interactive and enjoyable. It improves knowledge retention, with our staff showing a 21% increase from baseline to best grades, and allows employees to complete annual mandatory training months ahead of schedule. Some users are even finishing their yearly compliance training early, which is a tremendous help, especially when deadlines approach and tracking completions can be a challenge.

**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

Our learners WANT to be in the platform — and that says everything.

Every time we visit a branch or department, we see staff engaged in LemonadeLXP on their own. That kind of voluntary buy-in is rare, and it's the biggest win we could ask for. LemonadeLXP makes learning so engaging that people don't just complete training — they keep coming back. For anyone who wants to grow in their career, the tools are right there waiting for them.

From a content creation standpoint, LemonadeLXP has dramatically reduced the time it takes to build training — freeing us up to focus on more individualized development that meets each learner where they are. Management has noticed. We hear about it every time we're out in the field.

The results speak for themselves: an 84% adoption rate since launch and a 28% increase in knowledge retention. But more than the numbers, it's the culture shift that stands out. Our people are proactively investing in their own growth — and LemonadeLXP made that possible.

Honestly? Nothing comes to mind — and that's not something we say lightly. LemonadeLXP has delivered on every front: learner engagement, content creation efficiency, measurable outcomes, and exceptional support. If anything, our only "dislike" is that we waited as long as we did to get started!

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LemonadeLXP has taken our training from a "read this guide" experience to something staff actually look forward to. It's more hands-on, more realistic, and far more engaging than what we had before — and that energy is spreading.

Even across departments where we haven't fully built out content yet, the excitement around LemonadeLXP is already there. The platform is helping us share that engagement credit-union-wide, and as we grow our content library, more and more teams are getting access to training that actually reflects the work they do every day.

It's also given us better visibility into knowledge gaps — so we can be more intentional about where we focus and make sure no team is left behind. Overall, LemonadeLXP hasn't just improved our training — it's leveled up the entire learning culture at our credit union.

The system itself is wonderful. There are very few items that we have not liked about it. From our initial conversation to our interactions with the team and the system, everyone at LemonadeLXP has been fantastic. We enjoy the microlearning courses, the range of stages you can design, the level of information you can add, the way you can assign the courses, the way you can personalize the system, and the ways you can involve individuals in training.G2.com hosts and gathers reviews.

The way courses can only be assigned to groups. It would be great if you could assign a course to just an individual versus using the certificate option. I also found it a little difficult in removing a course from one group to assign to another after using a trigger.

LemonadeLXP is helping us solve some aspects of our overall bank training program for employees. It is giving us a platform to not only add training but track the completion and then the overall knowledge retention of training. It is also providing a home for our training as a place that everyone can go back to refresh skills. It has provided a consistent form to our training, so it is not a different flow from one training to the next.

**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

I like that LemonadeLXP is an easy-to-understand platform that is user-friendly and lets me create courses quickly while making them thought-provoking. It has been our main training resource across all departments, offering continuous learning and employee growth. I appreciate its fun engagement opportunities like contests and the 'Just for Fun' Trivia. Additionally, it addresses stagnation in our training programs by offering a wide variety of learning options tailored to different learning styles and a robust library of prebuilt courses. When time is limited, the ability to build courses quickly or rely on their content exchange is a great resource. Even though the initial setup was time-consuming, it was valuable, and our representative Gabe did a great job ensuring we understood the interface well and answered all our questions.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

There is occasional struggle with the content creation and assignment being through two different interfaces, which can be confusing. It's also so customizable that sometimes there's confusion about what's required and what's just a preference.

I really appreciate how easy LemonadeLXP is to use, especially for building what we need without looking at other vendors. Our representative was amazing during setup, providing support every step of the way, making the process quick and straightforward. I love that LemonadeLXP helps us keep our call and chat volumes low while providing an effective platform for client education. Our clients benefit significantly by learning to use our new online and mobile platforms through LemonadeLXP. I also find the ability to create different channels between business and consumer very useful, as it allows us to tailor our approach to the specific category of each client. The demos and simulator features are incredibly beneficial and enhance our client interactions. I am also very satisfied with the onboarding process, as it was handled excellently by a great team, including an outstanding representative and owner. Overall, I would rate my likelihood of recommending LemonadeLXP as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

Lemonade allows us to build out excellent, customizable, dependable training paths for our team members that prepare them for their job and the inevitable changes that happen periodically due to competition, regulatory changes, etc.  While we can take advantage of the premade content Lemonade already has available, we can create trainings specific to our processes and make them easily available to team members in a way that we could not previously. We have undertaken several ambitious projects as a company in the last two years and were able to get our team educated and excited about these changes because of the dynamic, customizable capabilities provided by Lemonade.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

No significant dislikes. While there will always be opportunities to improve (like in any program), Lemonade is amazingly responsive and keeps admins updated on the progress of upcoming improvements.

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Lemonade LXP, the majority of our training was performed through live trainings. By migrating a significant portion of content presentation and knowledge checks to Lemonade and assigning it to team-members before attending live training, we have reaped several benefits. Such benefits include:
-Higher quality live trainings (team-members come in significantly better prepared)
-Better tracking of team member training participation
-Lower training expenses through reduced labor and travel costs
-Consistently improving employee retention
-Time gained to work on training content creation

LemonadeLXP makes compliance training interactive and engaging. Learners enjoy game based features like building the bank, tracking leaderboards, and following peers, which keeps them motivated. The platform’s pre-built content from the Content Exchange allows us to rapidly publish mandatory training, significantly reducing the workload on our small training team.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

There are no major drawbacks at this stage. We are still exploring ways to further optimize our campaigns and maximize engagement.

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LemonadeLXP has allowed us to replace traditional, static compliance training with interactive, game based microlearning. This has boosted adoption and increased learner engagement. During our launch campaign, 94% of registered learners actively participated, completing over 14,000 training steps and returning frequently to the platform. Ninety-two percent of learners reported gaining knowledge they didn’t have before, demonstrating the platform’s real impact on learning outcomes.

The AI-powered authoring tools save time and effort, allowing us to create high-quality training content quickly. So far we've focused on the following!

Creating guided walkthroughs simplifies complex processes like online banking registration and service enrollment, effectively engaging customers and boosting adoption rates. Their initiative to expand step resources will enhance the content available for our customers. Gurpreet is always giving us tips to improve our data tracking habits and make our Digital Academy be the best it can!

Initially, adjusting to all of the aspects of LemonadeXP took some time, but Gurpreet and Gabe were consistently available to assist and address any inquiries. They have done an excellent job of explaining concepts and guiding us through all our questions.

We have struggled for years to try and get staff to complete the required training. Since using Lemonade LXP our staff engagement has increased and people are actually enjoying the training. The fact that training can be done in 2-5 minute chunks makes it easy to fit into any part of your day. Before using Lemonade our staff just wanted to get it done - now they want to get 100%!  That is a HUGE change! The competitive aspect has also sparked some friendly competition which has made the training more fun as well.

The support that we have gotten from the Lemonade team has also been invalubale. They have been will to answer any question as well as hold my hand through out implemenation and beyond. Their willingness to expand their content catalog based on our needs has also been amazing. If we ask for it, they can usually make it happen.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

The only downside, and it is a small one, is that Lemonade LXP is based in Canada so some of the content needed to be changed to match the regulations and specifics for the United States - but making those changes is easy, so it really isn't that big of a deal - it is just an extra step (and you really need to read all of the questions on the courses before you release them). I LOVE Lemonade and that is such an easy fix that it is so worth it!

We struggled with getting our staff to complete training requirements and the fun and easy way Lemonade does that has helped staff to get training done.

LemonadeLXP is one of the more user-friendly platforms to design and consume learning for our contact center team. Initially, we were looking for a platform that allowed us to create"simulation" type content with 3rd party applications, and lemoandeLXP delivered perfectly on that piece. We also found a ton of value in all the different types of learning courses that you can create within the system. 

The gamification is another great benefit that lemonadeLXP delivers. Our frontline staff truly enjoy the content and love seeing how they compare to their peers on the leaderboards. They also enjoy watching their financial institution grow in levels as they take on more learning courses.

Lastly, LemonadeLXP has a unique content exchange area where you can download universal training for your staff (soft skills, compliance, time management, etc.). You can download the content into your environment and easily enhance it by adding additional content to the pre-load content, making it very specific to your environment.

Hats off to the LemonadeLXP team for creating a learning platform that is easy to use and makes learning enjoyable!

A nice enhancement would be the ability to make the simulations more interactive where employees can type in information, truly mimicking a real-life environment. For example, the simulation required them to enter a dollar amount for a payment, instead of clicking the box and having the system pre-fill in the dollar amount, it would be nice to allow the employee to click in the box and enter a dollar amount.

As a growing bank, we needed a platform that would allow our employees to access training content remotely. LemonadeLXP has delivered exactly that. The courses are easy to create, fun to play, and have greatly increased knowledge retention. The platform itself is easy to access and navigate, which helps keep our employees engaged and accessing the content on a regular basis. The implementation process was quite simple once we became comfortable with content creation. The Lemonade team has been incredibly supportive and very quick at responding to inquiries from the beginning.

I'm not sure there is anything that I dislike about Lemonade. The only thing that I feel has been missing is a Sequencing step to show knowledge gained from Demos, but Lemonade is already working on this and it will be released soon so I am very happy with it.

We choose LemonadeLXP (upgraded with Digital Academy Premium) to assist with our digital banking conversion. 

With LemonadeLXP, in a matter of minutes (really!), we created fully branded demos that introduced and trained our team and members on completing a process in the new digital banking platform. Nearly all the walkthrough demos were created even before the platform itself was available for testing or live to our members! Each demo was easily built by a small team consisting of LD & Marketing specialists; no special programming skills were needed.

Our team members found this style of training easier to comprehend and more engaging than step-by-step PDFs or hard to navigate videos (which not to mention would've taken more time to create than a LemonadeLXP demo).

Our members appreciated the sneak peek the demos provided but more importantly the demos helped them understand how to access their finances in the new digital banking platform. Having integrated the demos onto our website, into our Glia (our chat provider) and IVR system, or on tablets in branch, members could easily get the help they needed before talking with a team member.

Digital Academy Premium was optimal at enhancing our ability to manage our brand look/feel, user experience with voice-over walkthroughs, and securely siloing team member only content.

The icing on top - we found the entire Lemonade team to be highly knowledgeable, always available when needed, and very flexible. Truely a great partnership!

We created many demos (50+), and the searchable feature is a fan favorite and very helpful but some users found the digital academy page layout to be overwhelming to navigate with a large volume of content. This can be true too when using digital academy for multiple technology platforms. Alternative layout options would be helpful.

Team member training and member technology onboarding. LemonadeLXP significantly reduced the development time of training resources and aided in preparing our team for the conversion. Further, by introducing our members to the new digital banking platform in advance of it going live and providing members with self-serve resources, we minimized the service impact that can be expected with such a disruptive change.

Onboarding calls told me everything and more! There is a Digital Academy Knowledgebase that provides a large library of resources including intructions, ideas, and helpful tips. 

Our bankers and customer service representatives are sharing demos with customers and everyone is finding them to be a useful resource!

Working with the team at Lemonade has been one of the best experiences. The onboarding process is streamlined and can be taken at your own pace. Our Customer Success Manager truly wants us to be successful. She routinely checks in with us to make sure we don't have any questions and offers her support and guidance to ensure our learners have the best experience possible. Within one week of launching LemonadeLXP we received a comment from a learner saying "As a new employee, it's really helped to accelerate my learning. It's very simple & easy to use, and I find it rather enjoyable. I've never had any program like this before. Thank you for implementing this, it's definitely worth it!"

There are a few things that could be improved. Currently we have learners broken into groups based on their job title. There are a few instances where we have to repeat workflows for each group and aren't able to enable a workflow for multiple groups at once. The nice thing about this, is they do have a community forum where you can voice these types of concerns.

Lemonade LXP is the best approach to enhance your training. Learning will turn from the dreaded time-consuming courses to a quick game available at their convenience. The shared content library is a relief to have available to save time.  The AI feature, content creator calculator, and many other smart tools make this easy to use for anyone. The support is fantastic as well. If you need assistance, you can expect a friendly and prompt response. All of these benefits take the frustration out of creating in an application that we might otherwise feel cumbersome. The feeling of reward for your training and the employees is well worth the time and other input.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

Just one small item that is not a big issue once you become familiar. In some windows, there are only 2 options such as "Cancel" and "Save" which can be confusing. It would be helpful to have a "Close" or "Done"

I love how quickly we can publish digital tutorials to the web WITHOUT using a developer! The system is a pleasure to use! We look forward to further integrating it into day-to-day workflows to leverage the value it delivers fully. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention their outstanding customer service! They're second to none. Getting up and running took no time at all. We just chose a URL, and we were live in 48 hrs!

If I were to upgrade something on the LLXP Digital Academy, I would make it so that I could further categorize images in the asset manager. Access to more metadata would help us find and update screens when our tech updates. Right now, we use a naming convention, but folders or something similar would help.

The platform is incredibly easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive with easy-to-master sequences to build content, administer users and run reports. It's very seldom that one has to reach out to LemonadeLXP for support, but when you do the responses are always quick, thorough and effective.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

There needs to be a better archival system for users, which is directly related to licensing management and having the means to retain the records of learners who are no longer using the platform. Since the microlearning platform is priced on a per-user model - which is industry standard - there is a balance between protecting the company from license "abuse" and providing flexibility for their customer administrators. The balance isn't there just yet but based on how collaborative they are as a company, I'm confident this component is going to be addressed.

Be clear on your needs, then get a demo and talk to the LemonadeLXP team.

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our two primary challenges were providing training in a modality that didn't require signficant at-a-time commitments from learners and solving for various lines of businesses that needed a faster way to deploy training. LemonadeLXP solves both. Learners can easily access the platform and consume a piece of learning in 2-5 minutes. They are incentivized to return with the gamification element of the platform, and we're seeing clear results that learners are willing to invest in several of these "learning moments" - which is adding up to hours of self-initiated learning for each learner. Secondly, the platform has allowed us to establish a process where our central learning function maintains a level of governance for the learning but still allows a wide amount of freedom for individual lines of business to build and deploy learning in the quantities and timeframes that matches their needs.

I love that it is gamified learning. I love how it makes learning fun for people and steers away from boring courses. Lemonade, as a company, has been an absolute joy to work with. The support staff is unmatched.

I dsilike the format somewhat. Sometimes navigation can be a little confusing for staff. Having new courses in a more front and center way would go a long way to solving this.

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemonade is helping make learning fun. Through Lemonade we have seen a real uptick in staff productivity and learning. Lemonade keeps staff longing for more courses and continued learning.

**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

LemonadeLXP does micro- and game-based learning in a way that's both fun and - most importantly - effective! The system set up and content creation is relatively easy and has allowed us to provide training with a quicker turnaround time than previously possible. The Lemonade team is also great to work with!

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

The lack of integration with our LMS and the fact that SCORM content does not track progress or completion (it just marks complete upon opening) are my two main "dislikes." These are minor in comparison to the things I love, and we have found effective workarounds to both.

**Recommendations to others considering LemonadeLXP:**

If you go with LemonadeLXP, be sure to build in time before launch to build up a significant course catalog. The learners will get hooked (it really is a bit addictive), so you need to have plenty for them to do. We had a time contraint to roll it out for an intiative and did not have more than a couple courses available. This resulted in TMs playing the same training games over and over to get their points and earn their Members to grow their credit union. This would have been time much better spent if they were taking various topics. (Note: Lemonade recommended we have more content; it was our choice not to based on need for a particular training.)

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemonade has added much needed variety to our training program, which had grown a bit stagnant. We utilize it for standalone training initiatives as well as to supplement classroom/virtual training as pre-, post-, and in-class activities. Our team members review frequently, since the brief activities are easy to complete between other tasks. The fun of the overall game of building your credit union (or bank) and competing with each other on the leader boards is fun for some and ignored by others, which is just fine. Overall it has been a great investment!

Lemonade makes it surprisingly easy to build a robust engaging learning environment. The customizable interface gives the institution a fun way to present professional and educational curriculum.

As wonderful as the platform is to host an abundance of coursework, this does require enough content to bring it to life.  Although, LemonadeLXP does give you the tools to help build and develop such content.

We needed to create a user friendly delivery system for Professional Development. This system required an engaging and easy interface for the user and tracking with a prescribed order for the content delivery provided by the organization.

The trouble we were running into was creating and distributing training material on our company's digital products and services quickly. The benefits we have realized have been highlighting resources, creating demonstration, and creating knowledge checks. Our teams have enjoyed learning and return to the platform regularly.

**What do you like best about LemonadeLXP?**

Lemonade platform is very easy to tailor and adjust to various programs and learners.  The tailoring and question coding were both very easy for our developers to follow.  We were able to create a game and launch it within a very short period of time.  The functionality was perfect -- scoring, points, leaderboard, etc.  

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

There was nothing that we disliked about Launchfire.  It exceeded our results 

**Recommendations to others considering LemonadeLXP:**

The Lemonade gaming tool was easy for our internal team to program and launch within a short period of time. The quality of the product and the support team were both outstanding as well!  If you are aiming to create a reinforcement gaming interaction, this is a very easy way to get started.  

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeking reinforcement exercises for a spaced learning program with interim games that are cumulative over six weeks.  The question type variables were a plus as we mapped out the content and questions.

Lemonade is refreshing, it beats doing "old fashioned" training and taking tests. The micro-learning bites are very digestible.

**What do you dislike about LemonadeLXP?**

My preference would be for no grades to show. Grades remind me of school. Instead of a letter grade, a percentage grade would be better, but really no grades are best. 

**What problems is LemonadeLXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently there is no digital training for any employees. Now we have a place, one stop shopping for things Digital. Users will know where to go for information on our digital products.

This platform is easy to use and was easy to implement. The folks at Launchfire were great and accessible whenever we needed them. I think the narrative component of the platform is a great feature that really allows you to get creative with how you engage with your workforce.

Honestly, since implementing I have yet to experience something about the platform that I dislike.

We want to make learning fun and engaging - particularly learning that has traditionally been 'boring' (like compliance learning). This platform has increased learning engagement and retention.
