That part works well and saves me from guessing **What do you dislike about Lemon Learning?** When the CRM is slow, which happens a lot during peak hours, the guide advances to the next step before the page has even loaded. So I'm reading instructions for a screen I can't see yet. This is honestly annoying when you're dealing with an angry customer. I've flagged this twice and haven't seen any improvement. Also, the widget takes up screen real estate I need for the customer's info panel. **What problems is Lemon Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fewer mistakes on case escalation. Before the guides, new agents would route tickets to the wrong team because the dropdown options are confusing. That's improved. ### 2.
