"Lemlist Makes Multi-Channel B2B Outreach Campaigns Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

We are using Lemlist to find and engage with new b2b customers. It's a great tool to build campaigns through various channels and identify quickly what works, and what doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The tool is a bit overwhelming at the beginning, we had to book a coaching session to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fundraising on Steroids!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Honestly, lemlist just makes outreach way less of a headache. Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp—all in one spot, no more bouncing between a million tabs. The AI personalization is chef's kiss—crank out custom messages at scale and actually get replies. Lemwarm keeps your emails out of spam jail, the UI is dead simple, and support's got your back fast. If you're doing outbound, this thing's a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Real talk—the advanced stuff has a learning curve. Automation sequences and conditional logic take a minute to really get the hang of. Pricing can also sting once you scale up your contact list or sending volume. If you're a dev, heads up: the API docs could use some love. And while it's packed with features, a few competitors do edge it out on reporting and analytics. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Sequences. Reporting and HubSpot Sync Need More Depth"
3.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Being able to blend email, LinkedIn touches, and manual tasks into one sequence without bouncing between tools saves genuine time, and the liquid syntax for personalisation is more flexible than most competitors we've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Reporting is the weakest part of the product. The dashboard gives you top-line numbers but digging into why a sequence is underperforming is harder than it should be - you end up exporting to a sheet to get answers. For a tool this focused on outbound, the analytics layer feels underbaked.

The HubSpot integration is functional but not deep. Syncing activity back to contact timelines works, but the field mapping is fiddly and I've had to build Make workarounds to get the enrichment flowing the way I want it. If HubSpot is your source of truth, expect some plumbing.

Pricing also jumps sharply between tiers - you hit a wall at the mid-tier where features you'd expect are gated behind the next band up. The support is responsive but template-y; you often get a help doc link back when you wanted a proper answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible campaign structure and strong KPI overview with commendable chat support"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The way you can view the KPIs. The model can be very flexibly adapted to campaigns, I mean the outreach structure here. Regarding KPIs: you can see a lot of numbers (click rate, bounce rate, delivery rate, etc.) and I find that very great!

Also, the way the staff helps me in the chat is commendable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

That you can only send 50 emails per day from one address. We would like to send 80-100 emails per day and a solution here would help us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lemlist Delivers: Smooth LinkedIn + Email Outreach with Built-In Warmup"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The combination of Linkedin and e-mail is very nice. The UX is pretty easy to use once you know where everything is. Also very handy that email warmup is included.

For now very happy with Lemlist; it does exactly what I would expect it to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The list building is not the greatest. You can't go very deep with it and also the results are less qualitative than Clay for example. But this is expected since this is not their core business/focus.

Also a small negative is that it's pretty expensive. But it does save a lot of time so it's ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralizing multichannel outreach helped me focus on real conversations"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I believed lemlist was just an email tool at first, but it quickly became the place where I centralize multichannel outreach and follow-ups. I appreciate its personalization at scale with dynamic attributes, images, and screenshots that keep messages human without extra work tbh. The support team and the intuitive UI made onboarding fast for my reps so we could focus on real conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I wish lemlist had stronger reporting and analytics tailored to large teams so managers could get clearer campaign breakdowns. Right now filtering and forecasting feel limtied when we try to compare sequences across multiple reps and campaigns. Improved dashboards and exportable reports for large accounts would make performance reviews and forecasting much easir, esp for managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super easy-to-use outreach platform with strong personalization features"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

We’ve been using Lemlist for outbound outreach and lead generation, and it has become one of our core tools.

The campaign builder is straightforward, personalization options are strong, and integrations with email verification and LinkedIn workflows save a lot of time. I also like that it’s easy to see what’s happening across campaigns without digging through multiple screens.

We’ve used it for outreach across telecom, SaaS, and technology companies, and it has been reliable for managing sequences and tracking engagement.

And lemlist's support, both bot and human are amazing. When I need to talk to a human, they're always very helpful, supportive and their guidlines are easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I wouldn’t say there is anything I actively dislike about the platform. There are, however, a few features I’d love to see in the future, even though I understand they’re not easy to implement.

One would be the ability to send attachments through LinkedIn messages directly from within campaigns. That would open up additional use cases and make certain outreach workflows more seamless.

Another feature that would be extremely useful is the ability to create and maintain exclusion lists of leads that should automatically be skipped across selected campaigns. This would make campaign management even more efficient, especially when working with larger databases and multiple outreach initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for scalable LinkedIn outreach without complex setups"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist has helped me make my LinkedIn outreach much more efficient and personalized.

Before, I had to use additional tools like Clay to enrich data and write personalized messages. Now I can do everything directly inside Lemlist.

What stands out is the integration with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and other data sources. It allows me to better analyze leads and write highly relevant, personalized messages instead of sending generic templates.

It saves a lot of time and at the same time increases response rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The setup can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning, especially when using multiple integrations.

It also takes some time to fully understand how to use the AI features effectively.

But once you get used to it, it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best outreach platform"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist makes it very easy to get started. The focus on reaching inbox is everywhere : easy email address verifier, email warm up is included, daily limits. This makes scaling outreach safely a breeze.

Their people database is a gold mine to enrich data you already have (and is included). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

"Done for you" extra email and domain purchase could be made even easier (some manual operations still required).

Data manipulation in contact / companies list can be tedious at times, which can be simplified by using AI but some useful API endpoints / MCP flows are sometimes missing (for now). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
