"Lemlist helps us scale personalized outreach while maintaining strong response rates"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist combines powerful automation with a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. The HubSpot integration works seamlessly, making it easy to connect outreach activities with CRM processes. I also appreciate the extensive API capabilities, which allow us to integrate lemlist into our existing sales tech stack. On top of that, the support team is responsive and helpful, and the platform remains easy to navigate even when managing multiple campaigns and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The biggest limitation for us is the lack of flexibility in reporting and analytics. While the standard reports cover the basics, creating highly customized reports for specific business requirements can be challenging. Another drawback is the limited support for the German language, which can make adoption and day-to-day usage more difficult for German-speaking teams. Expanding localization and reporting customization would make the platform even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lemlist is a no-brainer choice for my team."
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I love that it has an API and MCP so I can connect to it and make major changes exponentially faster. It's also great for repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I think it's a little confusing to find my way around the product; the UX is just a little confusing sometimes. I Sometimes I forget where to go to get to things like templates or that the Settings or Campaigns opens up a weird like, overlay(?) instead of just being visible with the menu still. It's very... Weird? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Outreach at Scale with Seamless HubSpot Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The key features are intuitive and easy to find, so getting started feels straightforward.

Integration with Hubspot is seamless, and connecting Lemlist doesn’t take any hassle.

If any issues come up, Lemlist’s human or AI support can help resolve them quickly.

We use the system to automatically reach out to prospects at scale.

For the price, the performance is really solid, especially with a monthly commitment rather than a long-term lock-in.

Personalized AI messaging is also available, and it costs 1 credit per prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The Tenant and “Team” structure is optimized for collaborative outreach.

However, there aren’t really any options to fully automate data handling—for example, “put every contact that opted out of communications into a specific Contact list.” This and similar processes still have to be done manually, especially if you care about maintaining a clean structure while using Lemlist almost exclusively for automated outreach. "Intuitive Lead Gen with Reliable Contact Data—Lemlist Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

We've had a great experience using Lemlist for our lead generation efforts.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the daily workflow much more efficient for our sales team. The campaign setup is simple, and the automation tools help us stay consistent in our outreach without losing personalization.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the quality of the contact data. We are consistently able to find reliable email addresses and phone numbers, which significantly improves our ability to connect with the right decision-makers.

Overall, Lemlist has become an important tool in our commercial strategy, helping us generate new opportunities and expand our client base. Great product and great development behind the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

One area that could be improved in Lemlist is the process of extracting campaign lead reports. Sometimes we create a campaign and later want to export the leads into an Excel spreadsheet, but the process can be a bit difficult or not very intuitive. A simpler and more direct way to generate and download campaign reports would make the workflow much easier.

Another point is related to the lead search system. In some cases, Lemlist finds a contact during the search process, but when we add that lead to a campaign, the platform charges credits for the email and phone number even when the system cannot actually find the email address or when the person is no longer working at that company.

Overall the platform is very strong, but improving these two areas would make the experience even better for users who rely heavily on lead generation and campaign management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth UX, Frequent Updates, and a Product That Delivers (but for a price)"
4/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The UX is smooth, you feel they try to make you work better, updates are frequents, and it they deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The price is quite high, I feel the product is targeting bigger companies and so I kind of pay more for a product that is not fully framed to my need. And basic tiers give not the linkedin automation so you have to pay the full price ... Maybe a smaller plan with linkedin could be nice for small businesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid multichannel tool once you learn the flow builder"
4/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist made it easy to build a proper multi-branch sequence combining email and LinkedIn without needing a separate tool for each channel. The flow builder is visual and intuitive once you get used to it, conditions like "Has LinkedIn URL" and "If accepted invite" let you route contacts down different paths based on real engagement, not just fixed timing.

The lead database and filtering options are genuinely useful, being able to search by company name, job title, seniority, and location in combination saved a lot of manual work. Enrichment (finding verified emails and LinkedIn profiles) is fast and only charges credits when something's actually found, which felt fair.

Support and documentation covered most of what I needed, and the launch review screen (showing sending schedule, pacing, and lead count before you commit) is a nice safety check before anything goes out.

Would recommend for teams running outreach across more than one channel who want it managed in a single place rather than stitched together from separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Outreach Automation That Feels Personal"
4/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is a user-friendly tool that helps salespeople, marketers, and businesses automatically reach out to potential customers (called prospects or leads) in a smart and personal way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I want Lemlist to feel like a true all-in-one MCP platform. Deeper automation between channels, better conditional logic (“if they open email but don’t reply → send WhatsApp”), unified analytics across email + LinkedIn + WhatsApp, and smarter AI that helps me build and improve entire sequences. "Amazing experiece, always fluid and easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

lemlist is hands-down the best cold email outreach platform on the market. The dynamic image personalization and customizable variables make outreach feel genuinely personal, which has drastically improved our open and reply rates. On top of that, the built-in email warmup feature ensures outstanding deliverability right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Because the platform is feature-rich with advanced automation options, there is a minor learning curve for complete beginners. However, their intuitive onboarding, extensive documentation, and responsive support team make it incredibly easy to get up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Robust, and Packed with Integrations, Excellent Support and AI"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

It’s so intuitive that it almost doesn’t even need a tutorial. It’s very easy to use, but also robust, and the depth you can go into with sequences and permissions is next level. The integrations are plentiful, performance is very good, and the pricing feels spot-on for what the tool can do, so we don’t feel like we’re overpaying. Support is also excellent, and the AI integrations are top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation That Saves Hours: Effortless Multi-Step Email & LinkedIn Campaigns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Automation is where the platform really shines, especially for a solo operator. Being able to set up multi-step campaigns that automatically space out emails and LinkedIn actions has saved me hours of manual work each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I’d love to see more granular analytics for A/B testing, along with the ability to rename individual campaign steps for better organization. Right now, navigating longer sequences can get a bit confusing without custom labels like “Email 1” or “LinkedIn Follow Up.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
