"Seamless Multi-Channel Campaigns with a Flawless Pipedrive Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

emlist is excellent for building seamless multi-channel campaigns, especially when combining email sequences with LinkedIn touchpoints. Additionally, the native integration with Pipedrive works flawlessly, significantly optimizing our daily sales workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The UX within the inbox could be improved. When managing replies, it would be highly beneficial to see exactly which campaign a prospect belongs to right away. Having this clear visibility would significantly help with quicker identification and context mapping." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multichannel Outreach That Actually Works – LinkedIn, Email, and Automation in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I've been running outreach campaigns across several projects simultaneously for over a year now, and Lemlist is the tool I kept coming back to after trying about ten alternatives.

The multi-channel sequencing is the core reason I stayed. I can build a full LinkedIn + email + manual step flow with conditional branches – "if not opened in 3 days, switch subject line variant" – without touching a single line of code. That alone saves me hours per week compared to what I was doing before in other tools.

The Zapier integration and native webhooks are what keep me in the ecosystem. I pipe data into Pipedrive, trigger status changes on leads. I now manage most of it through Claude AI, which connects to Lemlist via MCP and builds campaign reports for me on demand. That combination changed how I work – and I didn't see it coming.

UI is functional, I'd say 8/10. The interface is clean enough, but campaign status visibility could be better – it's not always obvious at a glance which campaign is at what stage. You get used to it, but there's a learning curve that the onboarding doesn't fully address. Speaking of which – Lemlist sends helpful emails, but in practice I learned the tool through Claude, not their support. Make of that what you will.

Performance is solid. No meaningful deliverability issues, sequences run as configured, nothing breaks unexpectedly.

LinkedIn integration is valuable and a real differentiator for me– not every tool in this category does it well. One thing that does irritate me: the 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages even on a Premium subscription. It's an artificial constraint that doesn't match what the platform itself allows, and it shows up at the worst moments.

Pricing is the honest friction point. It's not cheap once you scale, and the limits push you toward higher plans faster than you'd like. I justify it by deal value, not tool cost. Their built-in AI personalization exists and works, but I don't use it – when you already have Claude handling your workflow, the native AI features feel redundant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Nothing critical, but a few things worth mentioning.

The 200-character limit on LinkedIn messages is the most persistent irritant – especially on a Premium subscription. The platform itself allows much longer messages, so the constraint feels a little bit strange.

Campaign status visibility could be cleaner. When you're running several sequences in parallel, it's not always obvious at a glance where each one stands. You end up clicking around more than you should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplest Way to Do Cold Outbound Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is one of the simplest ways to run cold outbound outreach because it keeps the whole process organized in one place. I like that I can build email sequences, add LinkedIn steps, personalize messages, and track replies without needing a complicated setup.

The biggest upside is that it makes outbound feel manageable. For someone doing lead generation, it helps turn a cold outreach campaign into a clear step-by-step system: upload leads, write the sequence, launch, and monitor results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The main downside is matching emails and contacts back to the right records inside lemlist. When you are managing multiple leads, campaigns, replies, and imported lists, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly confirm which email belongs to which exact contact or company record.

This creates extra manual work when reviewing replies, updating lead status, or making sure the right follow-up is connected to the right person. Lemlist is very useful overall, but the record matching and contact management side can feel less intuitive than the actual outreach sequence builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The essential tool for automating your cold email prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The AI personalization of emails is amazing, my cold email sequences to target construction craftsmen are highly targeted without spending hours on them. The interface is clear, the management of multichannel campaigns is smooth, and the analytics allow for quick optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The price may seem high when starting. Some display bugs on mobile from time to time, but nothing blocking. The learning curve takes a bit of time at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Human-Centered Outreach with Lemwarm and LinkedIn Steps Built In"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

What stands out most to me is how the platform removes technical hurdles without losing that “human” touch. The lemwarm feature is a real lifesaver for maintaining deliverability, and being able to weave LinkedIn steps directly into my email sequences makes campaign management feel smooth and effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The biggest drawback is how quickly credits can get used up, especially if you rely heavily on the data enrichment and multi-channel features. During high-volume months, it takes close oversight to keep spending under control and manage the budget effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good all-in-one go-to market app"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

basically all the items you need for go to market: you can filter it through the database of contacts. You can use their done for you email addresses. They have a good email warm up tool and they also just basically allow you to do everything from campaign setup to launch and optimization in one platform. Years ago I used to use Lemlist just for sending but the platform has evolved tremendously in the past five years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Their pricing is very confusing because they have different products and sometimes for some clients I only want to use one of them and so the usability of the platform depends heavily on the usage and the pricing that you choose so that's something that I find confusing many times. "A great tool for email campaigns that has grown into much more"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I like the introduction of more complex and adjustable multichannel sequences that include various channels such as phone, Whatsapp (particularly useful for certain territories), voicemails, etc. The conditional branching of multichannel campaigns is also surprisingly intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I like the ability to purchase local numbers, but there are only 5 countries available at this present moment which can be limiting if you are not targeting those countries. However, I see they are working on expanding the list, so that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Outreach Platform That Actually Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The built-in lead finder and email verification. Traditionally, finding accurate contact info and building outreach sequences involved 3-4 different tools. lemlist combines everything in one platform. Their AI integration for personalizing sequences at scale saves hours every week, and their deliverability features ensure campaigns actually land in inboxes, not spam folders. What do you dislike about lemlist?

Not much, the support always helps me solving small issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean & Lean"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The unlimited mailboxes plus built-in warmup on a flat plan is the single biggest reason I stayed. Most tools nickel-and-dime you per inbox or push you to a separate warmup vendor like Smartlead.

lemlist bundles it, so I can scale sender volume without my cost scaling with it.

The lemleads database plus enrichment also lets me run sourcing and sending in one place instead of stitching together three tools. Sequence A/B testing per campaign is easy to set up, and the

API/MCP access means I can automate lead pushes and campaign creation programmatically instead of clicking through the UI every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

A few rough edges. Lead variables can silently drop when bulk-adding leads to a campaign, which quietly breaks personalization tokens until you catch it. The lemleads free-trial cap of one page makes it hard to evaluate the database before committing. And campaign launch still needs a manual confirmation click in the UI, which interrupts an otherwise fully-automatable pipeline.

None of these are dealbreakers, but tightening up the API parity with the UI (especially around launching and variable handling) would make it a much smoother tool to build automation on top of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best tools we’ve used for B2B prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

We use lemlist for our outbound prospecting, and it has become an important part of our front office process. The platform is easy to use, campaign creation is straightforward, and the email deliverability features are very helpful. It saves us a lot of time while keeping our outreach organized. . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The platform offers many features, so there is a learning curve at the beginning. Some settings can be confusing for new users, especially when configuring deliverability and email accounts. However, once everything is properly set up, it works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
