The personalization at scale is what sets it apart. Between dynamic variables, custom intro lines and personalized images, every email lands like it was written one to one, even when I'm sending hundreds a day. I regularly get prospects replying to ask how the message felt so tailored. The other standout is the waterfall enrichment: instead of juggling separate data tools, lemlist runs multiple providers in sequence to find verified emails and phone numbers, so my coverage of valid contact data jumped, my bounce rate dropped, and it consolidated a big chunk of my stack into one platform. Honestly very little. My main wish is a single per-prospect activity timeline, so I could click one contact and see every email, LinkedIn touch and call in one unified view. That per-lead history could be a little more joined up than it is today. Minor gripe on an otherwise excellent platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
