"Easy-to-Use Prospecting with Strong LinkedIn & HubSpot Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is a very easy-to-use platform with strong LinkedIn integration, especially the ability to manage multiple selections efficiently. The HubSpot integration is also a real advantage, as it helps keep sales workflows connected, organized, and easier to manage. The onboarding experience is smooth and clear, which makes it easy for new users to understand the main features quickly and start launching campaigns without too much complexity.

I also appreciate the AI features, which can help save time when creating outreach messages, improving personalization, and optimizing campaign content. AI support is becoming increasingly important in sales automation, and Lemlist is moving in the right direction by making these features accessible and practical for everyday use.

A few areas could still be improved. Phone number enrichment can become expensive, batch performance could be faster and more reliable at scale, and I would like to see more advanced AI features in the future, especially for sequence optimization, smarter personalization, and better recommendations based on campaign performance. Overall, Lemlist remains a very useful, intuitive, and efficient solution for prospecting and sales automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pleasant UX, Intuitive Campaign Builder, and High-Quality Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The UX is genuinely pleasant to work in, which matters when you're building and iterating on sequences daily. The campaign builder is intuitive and easy to navigate, even when sequences get complex with multiple branches between email and LinkedIn steps.

Two features stand out for me. A/B testing is well implemented: you can split-test subject lines, copy variants, or full sequence steps without friction. And the tracking is genuinely high quality, with clean, granular data on opens, clicks, replies, and conversion at each step. It makes optimization actually data-driven rather than guesswork, and I can spot underperforming variants without exporting anything.

Lemwarm running in the background for deliverability is also a real plus when you scale sender volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The pricing is on the higher end, especially as you add seats or scale sender volume. Compared to other tools we evaluated, Lemlist sits in the premium bracket, and while the product quality justifies part of it, the cost ramps up quickly for growing teams.

The other recurring pain point is duplicate handling. Duplicates aren't properly tracked across campaigns, which forces a lot of manual cleanup when running multiple sequences in parallel or reactivating old leads. Honestly, it sometimes gives the impression that the lack of native deduplication is intentional, since every contact added counts toward credit usage. A clearer, workspace-level dedup system with proper tracking would save real time and feel more aligned with users' interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best about lemlist is the quality of its database combined with its powerful sequencing capabilities. The multichannel outreach is a real game changer. it allows us to engage prospects across email, LinkedIn and more all within a single, streamlined workflow.

We’ve also seen consistently strong open and click rates on our campaigns, which speaks to how effective the personalization and delivery features are. Overall, it has significantly improved both our outreach efficiency and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

One limitation I’ve noticed with lemlist is that the database view is restricted to only 30 pages. This can make it a bit challenging to navigate and manage larger prospect lists efficiently, especially when working at scale. Expanding this limit or improving how larger datasets are handled would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Contact Discovery with Intuitive Filters and Frequent Feature Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Its ability to find the right contacts and companies based on the filters is really helpful. They also add new features almost every month, which gives me more control and flexibility over my outreach approach. The interface is fairly intuitive, they are adding more and more integrations, pricing is also very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Support needs to be better, there are some interface level issues that confuses the user. LinkedIn Inmail messages are not possible. Would love to have ability to customize my outreach as per the person rather than a generic message for all the audience, have to take Claude's help there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust All-in-One Outreach Tool with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

How robust the tool is as an all-in-one solution for multi-channel outreach as well as the great user design. I find the interface intuitive. The native integration with Hubspot works relatively well, though it does have some issues duplicating numbers despite custom mappings. Overall, it's user friendly and works smoothly without lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I primarily have two complaints about it: the dialer and occasional hiccups with leads not moving directly to the next sequence quickly enough. The dialer is especially clunky and lacks any real features beyond being just a number you can use to make calls. I suppose also that the credit requirements for enriching a phone number are absurd at 20 credits, especially given that just 400 credits are available a month on a plan that costs ~$100 a month. The value for the money just isn't there in regards to credits. They should up the amount of credits as well as reduce the required amount to enrich a number. "I'm solo founder, Lemlist is my GTM team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I'm a solo founder and lemlist is literally my sales department. I built a multi-channel sequence (LinkedIn + email + WhatsApp + phone) with branching logic depending on whether a contact accepts the connection request or not, and being able to run that whole flow on my own, without an SDR, without a team, is what makes my outbound viable at all. What I value most is not being glued to the tool: I set up the sequence, check results, and the system keeps working in the background. I'd also highlight how easy it is to manage unsubscribes and keep the list clean without manual friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The price is heavy when you're a one-person team — you don't have the volume of a full sales team to spread the cost per seat/credit the way an agency with 5-10 SDRs would. That said, the value it gives me (having a "sales team" running 24/7 without hiring anyone) makes up for the cost. If I had to ask for something, it would be a pricing tier better suited to solo founders or pre-seed teams, where lead volume is lower but the need for the tool is just as real. "Flexible Outreach Tool with Room for Support Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I use lemlist for outbound marketing, including email, text, and LinkedIn connections for recruiting and business development. I appreciate that it solves the problem of having to use multiple tools for outreach, allowing me to organize my campaigns. I like the ability to build custom sequences. I also like the email warmup feature and that it lets me use several email addresses and domains. It's extremely flexible and helps me win. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The customer support has been good but it can take some time to book with them as their schedule is booked 3-5 days out. It would be great if I could talk to someone the same day, if I needed support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Multichannel Outreach with Powerful AI Personalization"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The platform greatly reduces the friction of multi-channel outreach by bringing email, LinkedIn, and even WhatsApp into a single, cohesive workflow. I’m especially impressed with the AI personalization—it helps us generate tailored messages at scale that still feel relevant and actually get responses. Features like "lemwarm" also give us peace of mind around deliverability, and the UI is straightforward enough that we can get campaigns up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

There’s definitely a learning curve once you start working with advanced automation and conditional logic. The tool is powerful, but it takes time to get comfortable building and managing the more complex sequences. Pricing can also become a consideration as your contact volume scales, and I’d like to see reporting and analytics that are a bit more granular, especially compared with some other high-end enterprise tools. "Complete multichannel outbound platform with great value for money"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The multichannel sequencing is what stands out most. Being able to combine email, LinkedIn steps, and manual tasks in a single flow means I can build campaigns that actually reflect how prospecting works in practice, instead of relying on email alone. Custom variables and conditional branching let me personalize at scale, which has a direct impact on reply rates. Importing leads via CSV with custom fields is straightforward, managing multiple sending accounts with built-in warm-up saves a lot of operational headache, and the per-campaign reporting is clear enough to show what's actually converting rather than just vanity metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The initial learning curve is steeper than I expected. Understanding how conditions, branches, and step timing interact takes some trial and error before the logic clicks, and the documentation could be more thorough on advanced sequencing scenarios. I'd also like more flexibility in reporting — building custom views or exporting specific metric combinations requires more manual work than it should. Once everything is configured the platform runs smoothly, but getting to that point requires real investment of time upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Sequence Personalization and Timezone Management"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The interface is very user-friendly, but the real strength is in the custom conditions for sequence personalization. Timezone management has been a huge win for us, along with the “waiting room” feature. It lets me import a large batch of leads and have them automatically queued according to my daily sending limits, with essentially no manual oversight needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The HubSpot integration feels a bit basic compared to competitors like Apollo, and I’d really like a direct push plugin. The dashboard widgets also feel quite rigid and are difficult to customize for my specific needs. Finally, it’s frustrating that I can’t send from specific Microsoft email aliases, since that forces us to maintain multiple separate accounts instead of managing everything under one.
