Its simplicity means I can easily change and test campaigns across different channels like email and LinkedIn outreach. The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially when trying to understand how the credit system works for finding vs. verifying emails, or when navigating some of the advanced filters. What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you? lemlist solves the massive challenge of finding and reaching the right high-level decision-makers globally without getting lost in hours of manual research or ending up in the spam folder. Before using it, targeting a highly specific niche—like premium interior designers and principal architects in international hubs—required multiple tools, messy spreadsheets, and an unreliable guessing game for corporate emails. By centralizing verified lead discovery and automated, hyper-personalized email sequences, it allows me to scale my international outreach seamlessly. The main benefit is that it saves me an enormous amount of administrative time, letting me focus entirely on my creative work and art production while the platform builds a professional pipeline with luxury studios in the background. I like the easy-to-use interface but features-wise, the ability to have custom conditions is such a game-changer for personalizing your sequences to the max. Also the new timezone feature was a critical factor, along with the fact that you can import leads to a sort of "waiting room" and then launch them into a queue governed by your sending limits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about lemlist? The Hubspot integration isn't top-tier, I wish there was a plug-in so that leads could be pushed directly on Hubspot to a campaign. I used Apollo and they had a really strong integration. I wish that the widgets/ activity reports in the Dashboards were more adaptable. They have like 15 pre-set options and they're not exactly what im looking for. The dashboards are hard to edit and not very efficient. I have a Microsoft email with 5 aliases, and I am not able to select from specific alises when sending, the way that Hubspot Sequences allows. Lemlist's timezone feature is absolutely critical, being able to match the contact's business hours since we have BDRs targeting various states across the USA. Before, it was a manual process of scheduling each batch without considering timezone. Tracking open/click/interest was completely manual before. Using the AI to mark a contact as interested and being able to track all these metrics has helped us refine our outbound strategy. Lemwarm is also a great benefit to our lemlist seat as we start ramping up our outbound volume. Before, there was no grip on our deliverability or email health. Importing leads into a lemlist campaign makes it extremely easy to control when/ at which frequency communications are being sent. I struggled with managing my contacts lists between Excel, Hubspot segments, my notes. Now you import your list, you can clearly see when/ where/ how many contacts came from which imports, and they live in the campaign until they're ready to launch.
