I like that lemlist allows me to easily weave different channels inside the same sequence. It's great to start with a LinkedIn connection request, and if they respond on email, I can go back and send a text. This means I don't have to target people as a one-off in one channel anymore; instead, I can target them across different channels in a meaningful sequence that isn't too invasive and connects with them in places they're more at home with. I think they can do a better job with managing their email infrastructure. The warm-up and everything is great, but I feel like other platforms are doing a better job of keeping their warm-up pools clean compared to Lemlist. The support team is wonderful! Although they likely get a high volume of tickets, they treat you like you are the only one they are helping. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely want to help. Multichannel sequencing (email, LinkedIn, and calls) lives in one place, the built-in enrichment and email finder mean reps stop bouncing between tabs, and the buying signals help them prioritize who to work. The LinkedIn weekly caps still bite, but that is a platform limit every tool inherits, not a lemlist problem. We were paying for and stitching together three tools: a separate sequencer, a separate enrichment tool, and a LinkedIn-only outreach tool, each a partial source of truth and a fresh integration to babysit. lemlist absorbed all three into one system that our reps actually use and that syncs to our CRM. We cut tool sprawl and cost, ended the risk of running two automations against the same LinkedIn identity, and gave a lean team one outbound workflow instead of four. I like using lemlist because it allows us to create multichannel campaigns for LinkedIn and emails within the platform itself, making it easy to manage different campaigns across two channels. I also appreciate their inbuilt database feature; in case of emergencies when we need leads quickly, I can easily pull data directly from lemlist's database and add it to my campaign without having to upload anything separately. This capability saves me hours—it takes only about thirty minutes to set up a new campaign now.
