easy to use and set up.  good ui.  i needed something for both outlook and gmail

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

i don't find support to be that good.  i tried looking for someone to chat or talk to get answers but i haven't found a way to reach anyone.  i don't like their support

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reaching out to my contacts with a sequence.  that was my main objective and its working pretty good.  i tried gmass, mailerlite, mailmeteor, and instantly.  they were either too limited or too expensive.  i would recommend lemlist over any of these.

Getting set up was surprisingly smooth, and the platform feels very intuitive even as new users. One thing that stood out right away is how easy it is to personalize outreach—it's not just basic placeholders, it actually helps make emails feel more thoughtful and relevant.

We’re still exploring all the features, but the campaign builder and analytics already seem super helpful for understanding what’s working and what’s not. The email warm-up feature is another big plus that gives us confidence in deliverability early on.

Overall, it’s been a really positive first experience, and we’re excited to keep learning and getting more out of it.

What I enjoy about Lemlist is the way it encourages Human-first outreach. The personalization options feel practical, and the editor makes it easy to keep messages short and punchy. I also appreciate that the app doesn’t overwhelm you with 30 dashboards most of what you need is right where you’d expect.
Support was helpful too Sofia didn’t just paste a help article; she actually explained the why.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

Some settings are powerful but not very forgiving small mistakes can affect a whole campaign. I’d like clearer previews for edge cases. Also, the analytics are fine for daily use, but when I want deeper insight, it starts feeling limited.

I needed a reliable way to run outreach without constantly rewriting emails or forgetting follow-ups. Lemlist gave me a repeatable system, one place to build sequences, tailor messaging for different audiences, and keep conversations moving without manual chasing.
It also solved the personalization bottleneck. Instead of spending hours customizing each message, I can personalize the parts that matter and still keep throughput high enough to be meaningful.

I’ve been using Lemlist for my prospecting for a while now, and honestly, it’s a fantastic tool!

It’s very easy to get started, even if you’re not an expert in cold emailing, and the features are really powerful. I especially like the advanced personalization, which helps create more human and engaging messages. You can clearly see the impact on reply rates.

The interface is intuitive, the automations are well-designed, and it integrates smoothly with other tools. It has become a real time-saver in my daily workflow.

I’ve used tools where personalization is basically cosmetic. With Lemlist, it can be meaningful when you use it well. I like how easy it is to tailor messages per segment and keep the sequence readable. The interface makes it hard to get lost, even with multiple steps.
It feels built for iteration.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

There are moments where the UI hides important settings a bit too well, so newer users can miss something obvious. I’d also like more context in the performance dashboard. Pricing can be a stretch if you’re only running occasional campaigns.

**What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our issue wasn’t sending volume it was relevance. Prospects were opening but not answering. Lemlist helped us build smarter sequences with conditional messaging and better personalization so each persona got a more appropriate angle.
It also solved the “campaign drift” problem: reps tweaking things ad hoc. We standardized what worked, then intentionally tested new variants. Over time, that tightened our messaging loop and made outbound results more predictable instead of random spikes and dips.

Lemlist feels structured in a way I appreciate as a RevOps person. Lists, sequences, and performance are organized enough to keep campaigns from turning into chaos. Personalization is strong, and the platform doesn’t force you into one rigid workflow.
It’s easier to keep standards across the team.

I’d love more granular permissions and roles. Analytics could also be more customizable without exports. Finally, when integrating with other systems, the “last mile” can take work more native sync options and clearer data mapping would be a big improvement.

We needed repeatable outbound processes with fewer human errors. Lemlist helped us centralize sequences, keep follow-ups consistent, and reduce random one-off messaging that was impossible to track.
It also helped us separate segments properly different messaging for different ICPs without managing five different spreadsheets and hoping reps followed them. On top of that, deliverability became less of a mystery because we started controlling pacing and warming instead of blasting from day one.

We’re a small team and needed a tool that doesn’t require a dedicated ops person. Lemlist hits that sweet spot, simple enough to launch quickly, but flexible when you want to get fancy with personalization. The campaign layout is clean and it’s easy to see what’s happening at a glance.
The overall experience feels “battle-tested.

Some advanced personalization features can feel a bit intimidating at first, and I wish there were more guided examples in-product. The template library is good, but managing lots of variants gets messy over time. Also, a lightweight mobile view for checking campaign status would be a nice quality-of-life improvement.

Our problem was time. Writing outreach manually meant we either sent too few emails or we rushed and quality dropped. Lemlist let us standardize our sequences and automate follow-ups so we didn’t lose warm prospects just because we got busy.
It also helped us run structured experiments: different angles for different segments, quick iteration on subject lines, and a consistent process for measuring what changed. Instead of arguing over opinions, we could actually test.

Lemlist feels like it was built for people who actually run campaigns every week, not just demo them. The sequence builder is fast, and the personalization options go beyond the usual “first name + company.” I also like that it nudges you to think about deliverability early instead of after things go wrong.
It’s been easy to onboard new reps without a giant SOP doc.

**What do you dislike about lemlist?**

The reporting is useful, but I still end up exporting when I want deeper cuts . I’d also love more “safe mode” controls for team environments so junior reps can’t accidentally change global settings. Minor UI friction here and there, but nothing that blocks day-to-day use.

We had two recurring issues which are inconsistent follow-ups and template fatigue. Lemlist fixed both by making follow-ups automatic and giving us better ways to personalize at scale custom snippets, conditional messaging, and richer variables for different personas.
It also helped us stop guessing around sending volume and inbox placement. Once we tightened pacing and warmed things properly, our campaigns became more stable, which made forecasting outbound results much less stressful.

Lemlist is great when you’re doing outreach that can’t feel spammy like partnerships. I like the personalization depth and the ability to build sequences that mix touches . The UI is straightforward, and it’s easy to see what’s queued next.

I wish it were easier to keep a clean single “account view” when multiple people are reaching out to the same org. Some settings are a bit scattered . Also, the first time setup can feel like a lot if you’re not used to outbound tooling.

Partnership outreach is slow if you’re doing it manually, but risky if you automate it too aggressively. Lemlist helped us systematize the process while still keeping messages personal, intro email, follow-up with a custom note, LinkedIn touchpoint, and a gentle final ping.
It also solved pipeline visibility for outreach who we contacted, when, and which angle we used. That alone reduced duplicate outreach and awkward double-emails to the same company.

We struggled with rep consistency: some followed up, some didn’t; some used great copy, others didn’t. Lemlist solved that by giving us a shared baseline sequence and automated follow-ups, so effort became more even across the team.
It also helped us control ramping. When we increased outbound activity, we had a clearer framework for pacing and deliverability practices, so we didn’t nuke inbox placement. The net result was fewer dropped leads and a smoother outbound rhythm.
