When any issues arise, our represenative is quick to respond. We specifically like that we are able to have multiple contacts under each company and that the sales transaction hisoty is available under each company. **What do you dislike about Legrand Desktop CRM?** Some of the things that would make Legrand better are not having to sync the sales tractions daily, being able to see the sales tractiosn for each customer without going to a different tab & being able to import different customer price levels. **What problems is Legrand Desktop CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legrand is allowing us to keep all of our information about each customer organized and up to date easily. We are able to keep notes about many different contacts for each company which helps us better serve out customers. ### 2. It is the master customer information file but duplicates elsewhere. We use Sybiz vision and it is much easier to navigate than forcing entries in the search by box.
