From an owner perspective it is easy to use, scheduling, assigning packages , changing session details, basically everything is very easy to access when you need it and not hidden under a million menus'.

Milestone features are great and an easy way to celebrate client milestones without having to dig through reports. instant messaging service is great to check in with clients.

All tech gets a bug now and again so, rarely after an update you might find a small bug but it is instantly fixed when you contact support.

I value the block booking feature for regular clients as it helps secure slots and prevents disappointment. I’ve been using LegitFit for a while now and it’s honestly made managing bookings so much easier. The app is really straightforward — I can book classes in just a couple of clicks and I always get instant confirmation. No more back-and-forth messages or worrying about double bookings.

I also like that it keeps everything in one place — payments, schedules, and reminders. Super handy if you’ve got a busy week and don’t want to miss a session.

Only small thing I’d love to see is even more customization in notifications, but that’s just me being picky. Overall, LegitFit is reliable, easy to use, and has definitely improved the way I manage my bookings. Highly recommend it to anyone running or joining fitness classes. I really like the ease of the client experience with LegitFit. My clients find it very easy to book and cancel appointments, and I find it very easy to set them up. The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup. Their support team is always available via email to ensure everything is working smoothly and they assist with any client issues promptly. I appreciate LegitFit being a reliable, simple, and straightforward tool that reduces my admin workload, especially by keeping track of clients' payments and sessions.
