I love that Legion WFM is an easy to use tool, where all scheduling functions are found in one place. The platform was easy to learn, and saves so much time in my week and month. My employees love using the Legion WFM App, and accessing their upcoming schedules as soon as they're published.

I cannot think of a downside! The features of Legion WFM have only become more efficient and stronger during my time using the program.

On a monthly basis, I save about 8-10 hours of time since Legion was introduced to my business. The tool allows me to optimize my schedule by combining my first hand knowledge of my business, with hard data such as traffic and business trends. Legion considers language skills, experience, and management duties when generating the schedule to place the right people at the right time. Legion also helps identify labor compliance violations, and provides scheduling alternatives.

Legion is our go-to app for scheduling and on-boarding employees at Barry's. We use it for several studios seamlessly. It has both a mobile and computer version - the computer allows you to build schedules easily and manage your team, while the app is key for onboarding employees and allowing them to view their schedules on the go! It's SO much easier to use than a google sheet or calendar, and very user-friendly. I can easily input employee scheduling preferences and Legion will automatically fill them in preferred shifts when generating the schedule.

In addition to being user-friendly, Legion has an amazing support team. I can always count on them to quickly answer any questions or resolve issues - you can chat with Legion on the bottom right of their website once logged in. Brandon has been our go-to at Barry's, he's always on it and very responsive! We love Legion and plan to continue using it for our entire region!

Not much to add yet! We have had random issues on-boarding employees or getting them access to the mobile app, but that is resolved pretty quickly once we contact their support team.

We solve problems using Legion like :

- Mobile schedule viewing

- Consolidating team contact information and allowing team members to contact each other

- Reduction of time spent on schedule b/c Legion auto-adds team members

- Quick problem-solving if a team member calls out last minute

I love the technology and what the product offers my team/organization. Also, the team at Legion is best in class!

There's nothing I dislike from a user or admin perspective.

Consider the full scope of the project--while other companies may offer a similar product, they won't be as focused on your success/your organization's goals the way Legion is!

Efficiency, compliance, visibility, payroll control--the list goes on! There are so many benefits Legion provides us, especially since our population was in dire need of a tool like Legion.

Ability to access Legion from any computer/smartphone. Employees love getting their schedules and requesting time off via the app. Legion saves me time doing my schedule by allowing me to copy previous schedules and predicting shifts and employees who fill those shifts.

Legion has made scheduling my team so much easier. I spend half of the time on schedules now, which frees me up to spend more time with my team! Legion gives you an indication on the upcoming weather patterns, how many people to schedule during peak (and slow times), and what to anticipate going forward!

The only time Legion was not useful was during events, because the data was different. Other than that, i loved it!

I love the update that added in Weather changes! No current problems solving right now.

The team at Legion has truly been a partner to us in coming up with solutions to help address our most challenging scheduling needs, even ones we didn't know we had.

Quick and responsive customer service. Any time there was an error, my issue was resolved within a day or two. This company listens to their customers and often makes changes to evolve and improve their user experience.

I love Legion’s user interface on the iPhone and usability for when I need to do administrative stuff on the fly.

I also really appreciate how the team takes feedback and administers changes.

It can be a bit glitchy at times! The guidance hours fluctuates when you make changes and save, the webpage takes up lots of browser memory.

Problems I’m solving with Legion WFM are headaches when it comes to getting a schedule started and organizing team member availabilities.
