**What do you like best about LegalShield?**

Great concept (at least in theory) and staff was courteous/ respectful

**What do you dislike about LegalShield?**

Cost; lack of responsiveness; narrow array of services/ practice specialties

**What problems is LegalShield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently reconsidering them to update will/ estate paperwork since sale of home and other major life events
