Of all the options out there, LegalSign was the best in terms of commercial value and functionality, but the best part was the human support and handholding to help me along. Can't beat that! We've been using Legal Esign for several years now, and it has completely transformed the way we handle document signing. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for both our team and our clients to navigate without any training. Setup was quick, and the interface is clean and professional. What stands out most is the reliability and speed. Documents are sent, signed, and returned in minutes, and the audit trail gives us full confidence in the legal integrity of every transaction. The integration with our existing systems was smooth, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. Legalesign is a great software, easy to use with different options to suit specific business needs. Constant developments mean the product is is improving and additional functions are added. It has streamlined and sped up the process of signing contracts which we use daily. Marco Chisari was excellent at teaching us on how to best set up and utilise the programme. He was always available to answer any questions and was very patient and extremely supportive throughout the process. The customer service and support team are great. The platform was starting to look a little dated and there was a slightly odd workaround required for approvers who were dating documents but not signing them (you had to add a signature box, but remember to select "approver" which made it disappear). However, the new version of the platform recent released is much more modern and offers a far better user experience. The approver issue has been sorted out too. As a small fully remote law firm, we needed an e-signature platform that allows signature witnessing and is cost-effective. I contacted them and within the hour received an email, this was followed up by a teams call to help diagnose the issue by following through the steps I was taking. Before going ahead we did quite a bit of research and comparing e-signature companies, particularly between legal e-sign and DocuSign. There were a few reasons we went with legal e-sign but i would have to say the biggest thing was the amount of help, care and attention that we received from Zayed. We sent our first documents out this week, i sent numerous questions to him and he responded promptly and was extremely helpful. It's a full-featured tool, with all of the capabilities that you'd expect of a category leader like Docusign, but at a much lower cost. We've increasingly integrated direct links into aspects of our commercial flows: they work well and once you've got them set up (which can be fiddly) they're highly usable. That makes it slightly harder to roll-out to others in my team than a more conventionally designed tool. A good example (not the only one) is that in a number of places you need to -double- click buttons to commit an action within the web app. It's not insurmountable, but it it is eccentric and unconventional.
