The ability to have a fixed form which can be presented via a link rather than having an operator send form links via email for signing. the setup process is very simple, and you are up and running in minutes, the cost is also very reasonable. I think customer support is also amazing and the guys on support and our account manager really know their stuff and have helped enormously in getting our service running tip top. they have also added features which I had mentioned would be a nice to have and are always updating the service to improve it. we use it all the time for or online apply service and found integrating it with our processes very simple. I should also add that you can customise the signer experience on what the service calls teams (like a pot of where you keep your forms for a particular service or part of your business) sort of branding it with logos and text and many teams with different signer experiences. These are not really a dislike more of a it would be a bonus for us if it were available. Fixed forms links have a limited number of signers you can apply to the form where as if you craft a form manually you can add many signers, we could do benefit from the CSV export of form fields having an option to export all fields completed but as I say this is just a nice to have preferable feature for us and does not mean the CSV form data export does not work or provide the info required.
