Very helpful to have the option to change the signer and approver details, as this often needs to be done and is a lot quicker than removing and re-uploading the document. Legaesign integration with Salesforce is the best part. I and my colleagues use it every day and it makes our job easier and much faster. All the forms match the fields in Salesforce and these fields are filled in automatically once the document is completed. On top, the support I got while we did the integration was amazing. The design of the software as well as the multiple signatures from one email (the feature is not available yet). The two subjects do not affect our work as we did manage to get used to the layout of this software and found a way around the signatures.

The continued use of Legalesign for Contract /Agreement signing saves 'so much time obtaining completed documentation. The complete process from start to finish is excellent, with users being very 'friendly' with it, the saving doesn't stop with 'time alone as with today's increasing costs of postage /couriers this makes for a considerable potential saving. Also, Security is paramount, and the risk of 'lost/misplaced documentation is removed. The website /portal is comprehensive and offers various options covering all required 'signing' processes. The Support provision is 'second to none with prompt and informative support available at all times. The help and assistance available alone are worth signing up to Legalesign. They are extremely 'patient' and helpful even in the event of 'anyone daunted by IT and website use. What may appear to be a negative is, in fact, a positive aspect. The comprehensive range of options does take some 'getting used to, 'but the benefits override the complexities of the web portal and enable a wide range of options that anybody may need for various signing processes and documents.
