**What do you like best about SuiteCRM Legal CRM?**

Fynsis was good for us at the beginning, but as we started to grow it did not work as quickly or efficiently as we wanted it to. 

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM Legal CRM?**

It took awhile to train and learn the software and it could be confusing at times.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteCRM Legal CRM:**

Take the time to learn the software. PRactice before you start using it everyday

**What problems is SuiteCRM Legal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping clients and prospects organized and being able to see when and where they are at in the process and what is needed to complete their case
