LISTENING - the biggest of all, all the time, much like conversations and no more forms is the top feature along with the ticket management. The Chat bot requires lot of hard work from both ends so not yielding complete value from that. Ad hoc surveys, notifications, sentiment analysis, happy/ unhappy employee identification and the action planning around them is benefitting us to improve our employee experience.
