Leela is a contract negotiation agent who works over email. Forward the counterparty's draft to leela@leela.works with a one-line brief. Minutes later the Word file is back in tracked changes, with an issues list that cites each clause and a summary memo of what she changed. When their return arrives, forward that too; she compares it with the version you sent and updates the list. She reviews against a playbook built from your signed agreements. She writes only to your team. For in-house legal, deal desks, procurement and law firms. One plan at $149 per seat per month; 14-day trial, no card.
