Ledvana is a complete accounting and ERP system for Windows, built for small and growing businesses, accountants and finance teams. Run the whole finance function in one place: a double-entry general ledger with journals, recurring entries and an audit trail; sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts and payments; sales orders, purchase orders and goods received; customers and suppliers with ageing; inventory and warehouses; a fixed asset register with depreciation, revaluation and impairment; bank reconciliation; sales taxes; and multi-currency with live rates and month-end revaluation. Ledvana Pro goes further than ordinary bookkeeping software. It calculates IFRS 9 expected credit losses with a provision matrix and base/best/worst scenarios, handles IFRS 16 leases with right-of-use assets, lease liabilities and automatic journals, and keeps loans at amortised cost. It includes payroll with payslips and registers, multi-company consolidation with eliminations, maker-checker approvals, period lock and one-click year-end close. Ask Ledvana, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about your books in plain language. Optional cloud multi-user lets colleagues share a company across PCs. Your books stay yours. Data is stored locally on your PC, with no ads or telemetry. Back up whenever you like, and export any report to Excel or PDF. If Pro ever lapses, your records stay readable and exportable. Pricing is simple: Ledvana Pro is $129.99 once on the Microsoft Store (local prices apply), with every feature free for 30 days. Ledvana Essentials is free for one company and up to two users, with no trial clock. An optional Support add-on is $49.99 a year. Honest limits: Windows only, no browser or phone app, and no automatic bank feeds.
