The platform is both flexible and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and adapt to our specific needs. One standout feature is its native support for equity instruments more common in the EU and UK, such as hurdle shares—something we didn't find at providers more focused on the US market. The user interface is well-designed and pleasant to use, contributing to a seamless experience. The onboarding support was exceptional. The team guided us through every step, ensuring the transition and rollout went smoothly for our stakeholders. Overall, Ledgy has been an excellent choice for managing our cap table, and we highly recommend it to companies looking for a robust and user-friendly solution. **What do you dislike about Ledgy?** Many investors already have accounts with other more established cap table management providers, which makes it convenient for them just to add another company in their existing portfolio. **What problems is Ledgy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single source of truth for equity and esop management.
