Ledgy is insanely simple to use. I haven't had to refer to any documentation whilst using or setting it up. I converted all of my shareholders from excel with a breeze and I now use it for shareholder updates as well as any transactions of shares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that they offered a generic employee share participation plan instead of the country-specific ones as the UK does not have a company-specific share participation plan. The metrics reporting is getting better over time, but still needs improvement. If it integrated with Stripe or Xero and automatically pulled those reports, that would be easier.
