Ledgo is a sales CRM for service and trade companies that sell over WhatsApp and the phone: interior design and fit-out, real estate, contractors, cleaning and maintenance, clinics, trading, agencies, education consultants. The shared inbox takes WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and SMS; each conversation is assigned to one person and kept on the customer's record. Every lead carries one next follow-up, and each person starts the day with one list. Quotes come from a catalog with tax per line, are signed online and become numbered invoices with deposits, balances and recurring billing for contracts. Managers see the pipeline by stage, conversion by source, follow-ups per person and targets with days left. Data is hosted in the EU with nightly backups; access is by role with a full history. Plans are per company with users included (5, 50 or 100), from $39 a month, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
