LedgerInbox checks cash, tips and card deposits for every location, then puts anything that doesn't match in one keyboard-driven inbox on top of QuickBooks Online. It's built for bookkeepers who look after restaurants, cafés, bars, salons and retail. The bank feed only shows what reached the bank. It can't show the $47 that never left the drawer, tips that were collected but not paid out, or a card deposit that never arrived. LedgerInbox reads the daily reports from the register and payroll, compares them to the bank and QuickBooks Online, and lists only what doesn't match, with the math under each line. You work through that list with the keyboard. Uncategorized bank lines from every client sit in one list with an account already suggested. Press Enter to accept, or R to change it. When the same supplier shows up in several books, you can categorize it across all of them with one key. It doesn't replace QuickBooks or the tool that posts your daily sales. It sits on top and checks the work.
