**What do you like best about LedgerDocs?**

The customer service and support from the engineers. Whenever there is a connection break, the representative responds usually in less than 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about LedgerDocs?**

There are only 12 financial institutions that Ledgerdocs connects with. I think once more banks are included, it will be more successful.

**What problems is LedgerDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seemless bookkeeping and statement fetching without contacting the client for info.
