Your client approves it online by typing their name, and you turn it into an invoice with one tap. Clients pay from the invoice email by card or bank transfer through your own Stripe account, or with your PayPal link, and you get a phone alert the moment they pay. LedgerDesk never holds your money and takes no cut. Money owed shows every open invoice, oldest first. Snap a photo of a receipt and LedgerDesk reads the vendor, date and amount. Track time and turn it into invoice lines. Reports show profit, cash flow and receivables in plain numbers, with a real double-entry ledger, bank statement import and reconciliation, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet behind them. Switching is quick: import clients, items, invoices, estimates, payments and expenses from QuickBooks Online or FreshBooks, or client and item lists from a spreadsheet.
