Ledge has proven to be an excellent tool for reconciling payments from thousands of our customers. Its capability to quickly identify the few exceptions in our cash reconciliation process has increased our confidence in our internal procedures. Additionally, the support team is always very responsive to our needs and ready to assist us whenever necessary. Overall, the platform has been a huge daily time saver. Often, the output does not accurately reflect the cash activity in our bank account, which means I have to make frequent manual corrections. However, the team has been excellent in their efforts to address these problems and streamline the process for future periods. Their support continues to help me save time during my month-end close. Ledge has removed our reliance on outdated, cumbersome Excel spreadsheets previously used to generate month-end journal entries in Xero. Multiple financial feeds are handled with ease. The learning curve is quite steep, and I would say the inner workings of Ledge are somewhat opaque. As someone who likes to have some control over how a platform functions, getting used to handing over control has taken some time. I believe it's on the roadmap for future implementation, but the inability of Ledge to directly reconcile our bank balances in Xero has been a surprise, especially given the software's technical capabilities.
