Ledge (ledge.build) is landscape design-build software. It follows one project from the first walkthrough through design, estimate, build, change orders, invoicing, and the warranty visit, so every handoff keeps the number. Estimating keeps the quoted unit, each vendor price and the purchased unit on one line; change orders update the project margin the day they happen; designers, subs, vendors and the outside accountant work inside the project without a seat fee; QuickBooks Online syncs both ways and payments run through Stripe. Built by Edgar Galindo, who ran two landscape companies in Texas. For landscape design-build firms doing $500K to $5M with 2 to 15 crews. Pricing: the first ten landscape design-build firms run Ledge free, no subscription, no per-seat fees; Ledge earns only on payments (2.90% + $0.30 per card transaction, 0.85% on ACH). Not related to ledge.co (accounting software) or Ledge Lounger (pool furniture).
