Leave dates is easy to use for employers and employees. Setting up the company was very easy and it's flexibility works well as my employers are all on different hours due to flexible working. My staff and I use it regularly on both the website and app.

I especially like how you can add toil as a feature to note, we offer our staff time back so it's perfect.

Setting up Leave Dates was incredibly easy. We have it linked into our company dashboard, so our staff are able to easily book their holidays any time they like. Approvals are straightforward, and approval notifications are sent without delay, so a process that used to take a day or so can now be completed in 5 minutes!

the customer support was good in terms of timings and respectul, but my suggestion wasn't handled, just taken on board.

The company now has got an accurate holiday record which is visible and therefore agreed by staff and management.

Simple and pretty intuitive for staff and management to use.

Approvals can be delegated and all the steps in the process are transparent.

If holidays or sickness is taken but not booked before the end of the current month (e.g. if managment dont spot an unbooked absence (especially if its on the lst day of the month), you have to do a file upload to add the missing entries. Not the biggest issue but it's the one thing you can't amend within the app, you have to create an excel file, and then upload it into the app. Customer support however were very helpful in showing me how to do this.
