Leasync is the CRM built for commercial real estate brokers. Tenants and buyers, spaces and listings, landlords and owners, deals and commissions all live in one connected system, for the leasing desk and the sales desk. What brokers use it for: - Deals: work every deal in a list or on a board, for leasing or sales. Drag in an LOI and Lisa, Leasync's AI assistant, fills in the deal, the commission agreement and any co-broke split. - Commissions: every commission tracked, with each agent's share, the payment schedule and installments. Mark a deal signed and the commission entry is created for you. - Email: send and receive inside Leasync. It syncs Gmail, Outlook and your calendar, and Lisa summarizes any email and files it in one click. - Agenda: hit sync and Lisa builds your day from your whole account, so you know what to do first. - Spaces: work a space toward an exclusive step by step, then use Smart Match to find the right tenants and email them all at once. - Tour books: pick a set of spaces and Leasync builds a polished tour book, ready to send. - Marketplace: a private network where brokers share listings and tenant requirements. - Chrome extension: save a space from any listing site straight into Leasync. - Dashboard: see your own numbers, or your whole team's. Leasync was co-founded by Aaron Aziz, a working commercial real estate broker and founder of ARA, and Mason Kalaty, an engineer. It was built side by side with working brokers, and hundreds of brokers now use it on both the leasing and sales side.
