I would appreciate a simpler method for updating the coding, and I think it would be helpful if the audit log were built into the main product. Additionally, I would prefer to have the ability to select specific entries as needed, rather than relying solely on the adjustment feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LeaseQuery removes the constant audit uncertainty, making our lease disclosures incredibly robust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The one thing that I found appreciate about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery is the extensive audit trail options. All changes in a lease, be it a renewal or a partial termination are all carefully recorded, something that has made our external audit exercises considerably easier. The other most significant advantage is the ease with which the system separates our numerous real estate operating leases and the few finance leases on equipment. It has been clarity that has facilitated proper financial reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The integration of new lease schedules also sometimes comes in with a slightly less user friendly first-time setup process. Slower load times on creating a very large summary report that crosses multiple entities are also encountered at times. Finally, I would prefer to have greater control over the authorizations of individual users to particular reporting views as opposed to general authorization. One of the only drawbacks of the software is that the catch-up feature available when adding new leases is not available for existing leases that are remeasured or renewed. What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

There are lots of boxes to fill in when entering a new lease that I don't think are required. For example, all the TB codes, which you have to fill in; otherwise, it doesn't let you submit. We don't use that; we just use the journal entry function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
