What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

User friendly. Very Interactive and they listen to customer feedback. Also, their customer support is excellent. The existing reports are very useful, and the customization features are robust as well. The system is overall very easy to use and understand. The ability to upload multiple leases using an excel file is simply awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Like every system there are some minor quirks, but not anything major. For example, needing to get an approval for changing GL accounts. I think that should be something we can do without having to go through the approval flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Entries and Audit-Ready Support Make LeaseQuery Stand Out"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

What I appreciate most about LeaseQuery is the confidence it provides in generating accurate monthly entries, as well as the dependable backup support that keeps us ready for audits at any time. Having a single source of truth makes it easy to verify our figures and reconcile our accounts, which is truly reassuring. The LeaseQuery support team is also extremely helpful and efficient. They frequently reach out to ensure any issues we have are addressed quickly, and they are consistently warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

Entering leases can be somewhat challenging if you aren't very familiar with the lease details. However, with some troubleshooting around allocations, payment dates, and similar aspects, the process becomes much more manageable. The AI features also help make things more efficient. I especially appreciate that all AI-generated fields must be manually reviewed, which I find very reassuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable system for lease reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I personally like the most about LeaseQuery, because it brings all the lease information under a single roof. With the connection with Excel and QuickBooks, it is easy to create reports and compare metrics of the leases. I use it quite often due to the high number of features providing me with the possibility to manage obligations, payments, and expirations, as my accounting operations become much more structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The only thing I do not like is that some of the reporting functions appear to be somewhat inflexible, particularly when one attempts to make them fit into unique lease situations. These limitations slow the analysis since they are used frequently. Although the number of features is robust, some of the more advanced features cannot be described as well-developed, and despite responsive customer service, certain workflow modifications require more effort than it ought to. What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I find it quite difficult to use, as it isn't very user-friendly or intuitive. I also wish there were a direct link on the lease entry form to help locate the discount rate. I wish I could upload bigger files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lease Management, Minor UI Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like how LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery tracks the renewals really well, so we know when terms are expiring or changing. This feature saves us time and energy and reduces the need for manual spreadsheets and processes. The system is simple enough in its setup, even though the process itself is complicated, and it helps with automating and setting everything up the way it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The user interface is a little bit clunky. Sometimes figuring out security and permissions is tricky, especially when users might perform multiple roles, and it doesn't handle that well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

We have occasionally experienced issues with FX rates. Furthermore, some reports lack customization options, and there are important fields missing from the system. Recording month-to-month leases can also be difficult at times, as the system does not permit the entry of certain dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I find it challenging that when booking entries, LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery does not easily distinguish between balance sheet and income entries, which complicates the process. Additionally, the initial setup took a considerable amount of work due to the transition from monthly to daily calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
