"Very User-Friendly Software That Keeps Our Process Smooth"
5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I think the software is very user friendly which has made the whole process smooth without any major hiccups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I don’t like that there are separate rollforward reports for operating versus finance leases, and then another separate report for amortization, assets, and liabilities. It makes the reporting feel fragmented. Also, the journal entries can’t be modified within LeaseQuery to match the order of our GL string, which makes it harder to align the output with how we format entries internally. "Prepaid Accrual Works Well, but Usability and Payment Screen Speed Need Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I use the prepaid accrual module in FinQuery. We decided not to use LeaseQuery to link our contracts. However, the contract module has been working perfectly for this organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

In using the new prepaid module, I find that simple user-friendly tasks need to be improved. For instance, when entering data, tabbing from field to field, needs improvement. The system itself is extremely slow when pulling up payments on the payment screen as well as selecting individual payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lease Management with Expert Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

I like the built-in checks and balances. The system physically stops you from making common mistakes, which are incredibly easy to make in spreadsheets. They make errors a lot less common and provide a really good bulletproof audit trail. Having a centralized secure repository for all these documents and bits and pieces like that is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

There's quite a steep learning curve. So when you first set it up, the dashboards look a bit overwhelming to people. It takes a few months to really adopt for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FinQuery’s AI-Driven Lease Management Saves Time and Enhances Accuracy"
5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

FinQuery’s built-in AI automatically extracts information from lease documents and prepopulates key data fields, which not only saves time but also improves accuracy. The amortisation schedules are extremely useful, as they detail the monthly lease payments, interest, liabilities, ROU asset values, and depreciation. These schedules also make it easier to reconcile figures with the balance sheet and income and expenditure accounts. The ability to assign different access levels to users was essential for us and met one of our top requirements. This feature creates a clear audit trail for all entries and approvals, ensuring that a senior team member reviews and authorises any additions or changes before they go live. The Auditor responsibility feature is another valuable addition, and our auditors made good use of it during our most recent external audit.

We found the implementation process quick and pain-free, which we appreciated greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

At first, we found it inconvenient that the system used the American date format (month/day/year) instead of the English format (day/month/year). After we brought this up, FinQuery responded quickly and, within a month, introduced an option to select the preferred date format. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. Occasionally, the system experiences minor lag, but this has not been a significant problem for us. One feature we would find particularly helpful is a modelling 'play pit,' as we are frequently asked to model various lease scenarios to support decision-making at the senior level.
