"LeaseQuery Accounting Software Review"
5/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

As a Sr. Practice Accountant, I’ve worked extensively with LeaseQuery to manage lease accounting under ASC 842. Here are the best things I have noticed with LeaseQuery:

Compliance Confidence: LeaseQuery makes it easy to stay compliant with ASC 842. The built-in validations and audit trails help ensure accuracy and transparency.

Automated Journal Entries: The automation of journal entries saves significant time and reduces manual errors, especially during month-end close.

Reporting Tools: The reporting capabilities are robust and customizable, which is helpful for both internal analysis and external audit support.

User-Friendly Interface: The layout is intuitive, making it easier to onboard new team members and navigate lease data efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The least favorite things I have noticed with leaseQuery are:

Limited Flexibility for Complex Leases: For leases with non-standard terms or multiple components, the system can feel rigid and sometimes requires workarounds.

Integration Challenges: While journal entries are automated, syncing with our ERP system occasionally requires manual intervention or support tickets.

Bulk Upload Limitations: Importing large volumes of lease data can be cumbersome, especially when dealing with legacy leases or mid-term modifications.

Customer Support Wait Times: While the support team is knowledgeable, response times can vary, which can be frustrating during time-sensitive periods like year-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly, and Reliable Lease Management"
3/5
What do you like best about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

The interface is very simple and easy to follow, even for people who are not highly technical. It organizes lease information clearly, and I rarely feel lost when navigating the platform. I also really appreciate the strong focus on security, since we are handling sensitive financial and tenant data. Having reporting and management tools combined in one system makes it a huge time saver and adds a lot of value for money. Overall, the user-friendly design and secure environment are what stand out the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?

At times the system can be a little slower than I would prefer, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to complete work quickly. It also feels a little expensive compared to some alternatives, though I do recognize the value it provides. Occasionally, generating reports takes longer than expected, and I wish the performance speed was more consistent during peak usage. If those areas were improved, it would make the experience close to perfect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
