The customer support is responsive and useful. While it can be an issue for smaller companies, the software has good controls in place for audit purposes. **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** The software is more adapted to US GAAP users than IFRS users. I've encountered some bugs on some data within the custom reports and the journal entries. Finally, the software is not easily customizable when it comes to adding information to journal entries or working with leases which tend not to follow the usual schedule **What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasequery allows to properly and more efficiently track leases from both an operational and accounting perspective in compliance with accounting standards to provide more accurate lease information. **Official Response from Jessica Cabrera:** > Hi Andrea!
