So if I notice an error I have to reach out to my boss, ask them to reject, they have to go through each page to reject, then let me know it is rejected. Also, once a rejection happens it reverts bacl to the original formatting which is not really in the same order as the new formatting, I built my template based off of the new formatting. When searching for leases it would be nice to see the last user so I know if the lease is for my team or for another team at a quick glance, or at least show what property it is for. **What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making hte accounting entry is much easier since I am able to enter our accounts, I am able to just pull the report and upload it into our system. The reporting studio specifically is going to assist us with ouyr year end audit. Our team uses LeaseQuery incredibly frequently, so the ability to run reports and entries simultaneously while entereing in new lease data is amazing as well. The implementation was very smooth and we were able to get started with integration immediately and work with LeaseQuery implemention teams to make the entire process a breeze. Our challenge is that we have an extensive series fior our chart of accounts that makes it hard to get that to live in the system. We very much enjoyed the dashboard, the emails of reminders when leases were expiring, and the friendly functions it had all together. The LQ team were making upgrades all the time and this lead to the ease of uploading leases. Implenting changes and reach out to customer support was easy as well. Customer support was always very friendly and prompt. We were very pleased. It was easy to implement our daily lease needs to because of the many reports it provided. We would use it all the time in our monthly process and was able to add or modify leases with no problems. There would be certain times a report would take too long to load or the search bar where all our leases were was not working. We have over 400 so trying to manage that in another place was going to be a nightmare. With LQ, we were able to have everythinge together, seperated by categories, and it make our accounting much easier. My company has over 200 leases globally, and I could not imagine doing the accounting for leases manually. The LeaseQuery features I like the best: 1) Journal Entry processing - I like that I can filter by cost center or lease type and export the ready to post journal entries into our ERP system. 2) Reports feature - I am able to run any kind of report that I need, either by the suggested reports that are already set up in the system, or by customizing my own report. 3) LeaseQuery became our centralized space to save lease documents. 4) Foreign exchange rates - the system allows me to update the monthly FX rates so that all foreign leases can be translated from their currency to reporting currency (USD). 5) LeaseQuery is very user-friendly 6) The system has a Help Center that I use often if I have a question on how to do something in the system, or if I need to "research" more on ASC 842. It really helps explain things clearly and even provides videos. 7) Auditor Access - our external auditors are able to have read only access and can pull support directly from LeaseQuery- saving me time at year-end. 8) Catch-up journal entries - sometimes we have a new lease that was missed in a previous period. The system has the ability to run a catch-up journal entry to account for the missed period. 9) Amortization schedules can be easily extracted **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** Might be user error, but when trying to update the financial information for an existing lease, the system reverts back to the "legacy" input (now there is a better process in the system for setting up leases). The journal entry feature does not have an option to post just the opening balance "commencement" journal entry (recording the opening balance asset and liability). I have to do this manually for any new leases for Cash Flow reporting purposes.
