The few times that I had questions, our customer support rep was extemely quick to respond and help explain what I needed to do. It's also nice that you can add fields to created reports, or create your own custom reports from scratch. We use LeaseQuery on a monthly basis as part of our close process. Customer support is helpful and works with you to come up with solutions to various issues. For example, we were converting to their chart of accounts feature and were in need of a custom journal entry to make sure accounts were mapped correctly and the entry fits our needs, and LeaseQuery support was able to make it happen. **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** Sometimes, with more complex issues, it may take support time to determine a solution, which can be understandable. Recently they updated the system to generate catch-up entries for lease changes impacting previously locked periods. The report made audit deliverables easy. It is very easy to use and if I have difficulties there are step by step procedures on the website (help center) or submit a ticket to reach out to customer service with a quick response time. Most of the reports are very easy to create and very helpful. You can save frequently used reports for future use.
