Additional Sort and Filter options have been added to the main lease listing page, which has been helpful as we have a lot of leases that are named very similarly. Also, though we have not made use of it yet, the automatic lease catch-up entries seem useful, and something we may implement into our processes in the future. I was pleased with the product and continue to be today. LQ performs all ROU Asset/Liability calculations. There are useful standardized reports which assist with yearend financial reporting and footnotes. I like the ease of adding new leases. I typically pick a lease that is similar to the one I am trying to add, then "copy" it, then customize it to add the new lease. I don't have to do any calculations in Excel (although our auditors required me to validate LeaseQuery's calculations the first year). I am not a fan of calculating NPV with discount rates, so all of that is done for me by LeaseQuery. I also like that it does "catch up" entries if I add a lease with a start date in the past. There have been times where I have encountered a problem, and their customer service reps assisted me timely. **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** In the beginning, I found the Local Currency vs Reporting Currency vs Functional Currency confusing. I am still confused by Functional Currency. At the beginning when we were trained by LQ employees, I am not sure they had enough time to adequately train us. I did a lot of self training. **What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?** It calculates ROU Asset and Liability values without the assistance of Excel (especially complicated Net Present Value calculations), and also the corresponding monthly amortization.
