I've encountered some bugs on some data within the custom reports and the journal entries. The original implementation was quick and smooth. LeaseQuery’s reports satisfied our auditors and made the transition to IFRS easy. Now we can add and modify leases as needed and quickly run a journal entry at month-end to accurately record all the activity. LeaseQuery’s customer service has also been great. They initiate regular touch-base meetings where they proactively inform us of new features that may be useful for us as well as finding out our biggest pain points to help alleviate in the future. The bulk upload templates have several hundred fields available, but they are logically sequenced and after some exposure easy to find. There are also helpful comments identifying required vs. optional fields, some with suggestions on how they can be used. Custom fields are also available. I've seen several competitors that have a standard 842 report that generates all the required disclosures in one file. With Lease Query I have to run several reports and try to reconcile them. **What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lease Query helps us navigate the required accounting treatment and external reporting requirements of ASC 842. **Official Response from Pam Bettis:** > Hi Jonah!
