I like how LeaseCalcs manages the leases, entries, reporting, expiration tracking, etc. Very easy to consolidate data with the amount of available reporting. The available options make providing back-up to auditors easy. The monthly entries are extracted from LeaseCalcs to SAP each month, so they do not have to be manually posted. I would like to see the system navigation sped up, it is a bit slow currently (although we have over 1000 leases currently in system). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is LeaseCalcs solving and how is that benefiting you? LeaseCalcs is a global repository for all of our leases (Real Estate, Equipment, Vehicles, etc). We can track expiring leases, sq footage, all base rents, additional rents, future rent payments, etc. Financial reporting is easy to access and is all in a single location. The ability to manage our portfolio and have insight into the P&L of each location in terms of Cash and IFRS calculations. As a newly public company, we needed a solution like LeaseCalcs to quickly and accurately account for our lease portfolio. While our portfolio is not extensive, accounting for leases using excel is time consuming and subject to error. The LeaseCalcs software acts as both a library for your lease portfolio, with all pertinent facts stored in one location and simplifies the monthly accounting and reporting process. LeaseCalcs is user-friendly and easy for our team to update and maintain. As our system of record for leases, LeaseCalcs efficiently generates our month-end accounting entries (integrated into our ERP), and reports from LeaseCalcs are used by multiple teams, including Facilities, HR and FP&A.
