I find Leasecake incredibly valuable, especially for managing cash flow and using the CakeBot feature. The cash flow functionality is very useful, as it allows me to have all relevant information consolidated in one platform, which greatly streamlines tracking rents, maintenance costs, and contract conditions for the various spaces we rent. The CakeBot stands out as an essential tool, simplifying the process of accessing and reviewing contract details without the need to manually search through each contract. This feature alone saves me significant time and effort which previously involved reading through multiple documents. Moreover, the initial setup of Leasecake was straightforward and easy; after a brief discussion with the team, I became comfortable using the tool. I find the regional customization of Leasecake limited, particularly with cost per square meter, which is more relevant in Mexico.
