What do you like best about Leasecake?

I like the interface the best about Leasecake. The simple, user friendly way of organizing all the program features makes this program very useful. What do you like best about Leasecake?

It allows us to easily track base rent increases, lease expirations, and other important date-centric items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leasecake?

It does not have a tie-in to our ERP, NetSuite. So we use a different software to track ASC842. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leasecake?

I like that it tracks lease expirations and prepares lease accounting entries.

It is otherwise difficult to track all the lease expirations so keeping them all in one place makes it easy. I've never had to do lease accounting before, so having these generated for me makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leasecake?

One struggle I am having is that my individual lease schedules are not marrying up to my company schedules and I can't figure out why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
