What do you like best about Leasecake?

Having a unified database for all facility contacts is ideal. No more excel sheets and separate shared files. Plus, all your location files and lease files are in one place to reference too. Overall, it's easy to use and I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leasecake?

The AI feature is a nice addition but it's often difficult to interact with, experiences some downtime, or is just odd how it requires you to search for things or ask questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leasecake?

The tracking and reminders are great and allow many individuals to participate in overseeing and implementing items. It is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I often need to be reminded on how and where to access certain information as it relates to making sure we are notifying the right teammembers. Its a lot to take in so one training session wasnt enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We host user trainings 2x a month, plus our help center is full of on-demand Leasecake University videos which are short, 5-minute how to videos that cover our most common questions. What do you like best about Leasecake?

Able to keep everything related to leases in one spot. Reports help gather information across leases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leasecake?

I don't run the reports very often, but it is somewhat difficult to only include the information needed. Fields to select or unselect aren't all clear. Have to run reports multiple times to ensure information is correct.

Not all of the fields required for the entry of a new lease are known, but can't move forward without adding information to satisfy program.

Have had issues when adding an amendment to a lease. Ends up created two leases for same property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leasecake?

The platform is a fantastic resource for our team. They offer interesting and relevant webinars that we find useful and are rolling out new featuers every month (it seems!). The Leasecake platform makes the process frictionless for accessing leases and other important documents I need to make business decisions. I can access the information I need quickly and easily from my work computer and - more importantly - from my smartphone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leasecake?

I'd prefer not to have to buy up the plan option to have Leasecake's paralegals keep my Lease and other documents current. It would be nice if this was included in the baseline package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leasecake?

I love that with Leasecake I can keep all of my rent payments up to date with the changing CAM, Insurance, Property Taxes, etc. Also, we won't miss any lease expiration dates or other key time sensitive events.
